What they offer does not correspond to a 4-star hotel, the spa had areas that were not working, you had to ask and the spa reception desk was unattended. The hour passed and there were areas that we had not been able to try. I mentioned it upon leaving and did not receive any response. The breakfast was acceptable but not at all in line with a 4-star hotel, little fruit, little variety of pastries, nothing savory except for some cold cuts, and we had to keep saying that certain things were missing for them to replace them. In general, the staff was quite unfriendly, we came across several workers and they did not speak to us. To top it off, when we left, the receptionist did not ask us about our experience or anything, even though they had supposedly been informed of the spa complaint. Money that I could have saved.
Lo que ofrecen no sé corresponde con un 4 estrellas, el spa había zonas que no funcionaban, salías a preguntar y estaba desatendido el puesto de recepción de spa. Paso la hora y había puntos que no habíamos podido probar.
Lo notifique a la salida y no me dieron ninguna respuesta. El desayuno pasable pero nada acorde con un hotel 4 estrellas, poca fruta, poca variedad de bollería,nada de salado salvo algo de embutido y había que estar diciendo que no había ciertas cosas para que las respusiesen. En general el personal bastante seco, nos cruzamos con varios trabajadores y no nos dirigieron la palabra. Para colmo al irnos la chica de recepción no nos pregunto que tal la experiencia ni nada, y eso que supuestamente habían notificado la queja del spa. Un dinero que me podría a ver ahorrado.

From the room we were in, we could hear a lot of noise from the hotel courtyard, and at night it was 2/3 in the morning and there was a lot of commotion. Also in August, everything was closed in the area and there wasn't much to do.
Desde la habitación que estábamos de escuchaba muchísimo el patio del hotel y por la noche eran las 2/3 de la mañana y se escuchaba mucho jaleo. También en agosto estaba todo cerrado por la zona y no había mucho que hacer.

Un alojamiento espectacular. Se trata de un palacio reformado que prácticamente parece un parador. Las habitaciones súper cómodas amplias con una decoración muy bonita y además con una limpieza excelente. El servicio del personal espectacular todo el mundo. Muy amable y preocupado por tu bienestar. El plus de esta oferta es tener el acceso al spa que también está muy bien. Y otro de los puntos fuertes es el desayuno con todo tipo de bollería, pan embutidos, mermelada etc. y todo de primeras marcas. Es un chollo súper recomendable si quieres pasar unos días de relax en un antiguo palacio.
