Nos ha gustado mucho la habitación que era bastante grande. Las camas eran súper cómodas y las sábanas muy suaves. La habitación disponía de productos básicos de cortesía, pero también había zapatillas, pañuelos, crema corporal, una cafetera con dos tazitas, vasos y más cosas. Cada día nos reponían café, azúcar y leche condensada. Los desayunos eran muy ricos y había mucha variedad de cositas, los pasteles caseros y fruta de temporada. La excursión por el río Tajo nos ha encantado.

Hotel moderno y bien ubicado y comunicado (metro y bus).
La habitación es amplia, moderna y el servicio de limpieza es correctísimo.
Ofrecen dos pequeñas botellas de agua como detalle además de infusiones.
Los productos de baño son ecológicos y veganos (¡de 10!)
Observation regarding Yellow, activity provider: it is necessary to specify very clearly that you only have 24 hours from when the activity service is activated, so I recommend planning very well what you intend to do because they do not grant even a minute more. My recommendation is to activate the pass, which should start with the cruise, at the moment you are going to enjoy that ride.
Similarly, although one of the Yellow technicians politely assisted us (although in a hurry, he did not let us ask questions), the second one had us waiting for 4 minutes (on the clock) while having a personal phone conversation (the content of the conversation was very clear). In this regard, Yellow would be rated a 5 out of 10 for lack of information and poor customer service.
Observación en cuanto a Yellow, proveedor de las actividades: es necesario especificar muy claramente que únicamente se dispone de 24h desde que se activa el servicio de las actividades, por lo que recomiendo planificar muy bien qué se pretende hacer porque no conceden ni un minuto de más. Mi recomendación es activar el abono, que debe iniciarse con el crucero, en el momento en que vaya disfrutarse de ese paseo.
Igualmente, si bien uno de los técnicos de Yellow nos atendió educadamente (aunque con prisas, no nos dejó hacer preguntas), el segundo nos tuvo esperando 4 minutos (de reloj) mientras mantenía una conversación telefónica personal (el contenido de la conversación era muy claro). En este sentido, la compañía Yellow la puntuaría con un 5 sobre 10 por la falta de información y la mala atención al cliente.

Las habitaciones tienen muchos detalles que se agradecen, incluso agua de cortesía. Además, muy bien de limpieza y instalaciones. El personal muy amable y hablan diferentes idiomas perfectamente. El desayuno genial todo lo que había muy bueno. En cuanto a la ubicación, está algo lejos del casco histórico pero los Uber salen muy bien de precio además de tener metro. Las actividades también muy bien aunque al tener que coger primero el barco te condiciona.

Habitaciones amplias, con buena ropa de cama, además de albornoz y zapatillas de cortesía.
