Mi pareja y yo destacamos la amabilidad y simpatía del personal, especialmente de Lola en el bar de la piscina y Jose en la cocina. Además, el hotel está relativamente cerca de Cabo de Gata y las habitaciones son muy amplias
Regarding the things to improve, I would highlight the cleanliness (we found used glasses in the room and ants), also the hairdryer was not working and one day they didn't clean our room (we came back at 14:00 and it hadn't been cleaned yet).
Respecto a las cosas a mejorar, destacaría la limpieza (nos encontramos vasos usados en la habitación y hormigas), además el secador no funcionaba y un día no nos limpiaron la habitación (volvimos a las 14:00 y no habían limpiado aún)

La buena ubicación, respecto a que la playa está caminando a tres minutos del hotel. Las habitaciones son tranquilas y la piscina fantástica.
The mattresses and pillows are quite uncomfortable which hinders the experience from being complete. And the buffet is fine but it ends up getting tiring since the food they offer is very repetitive.
Los colchones y las almohadas, son bastante incómodos lo que impiden que la experiencia sea plena. Y el bufet está bien pero acaba cansando ya que la comida que ofrecen es muy repetitiva.
