Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 15 kg/pet
- Price: 15 €/night and pet
- A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed, as long as it is not a dangerous breed.
- Pets may be left alone in the room. Please note that a "do not disturb" sign must be posted.
- They may accompany you to the bar and restaurant as long as they stay in the terrace area.
- You can rent a bed with a drinking and feeding bowl by leaving a deposit of 20€. The amount will be refunded upon departure when you return the bed and bowls.

A lot of noise, the room we got upstairs was making noise all day banging and dragging chairs, tables, and more. We have a 9-month-old baby and they woke him up several times. Also, in the pool area until midnight, they didn't stop making noise with the pool table and other board games, and we got the room right there. Lack of security personnel and they should put up signs to not make noise at certain hours. We went for two days to rest and we have hardly been able to rest, we have had to be outside practically all day to not hear the banging from above. A shame because we would definitely repeat if it weren't for the noise.
Muchísimo ruido, la habitación que nos tocó arriba nuestra todo el día dando golpes y arrastrando sillas mesas y demás. Tenemos un bebé de 9 meses y nos lo despertaron varias veces. También en la zona de la piscina hasta las 00:00 no dejaban de hacer ruido con el billar y demás juegos de mesa y nos tocó la habitación que daba justo ahí. Falta personal de seguridad y que pongan carteles de no hacer ruido a ciertas horas. Fuimos dos días a descansar y no hemos podido descansar apenas, hemos tenido que estar fuera prácticamente todo el día para no escuchar los golpes de arriba. Una pena porque repetiríamos sin duda si no fuese por el ruido que hay.

Personal excelente y bien preparado, las vistas únicas y en general está muy bonito
Bathroom and room cleaning. The gym had some dead cockroaches and dead lizards. The ironing person was alone and there were two irons so they took a little longer but overall good.

Las habitaciones son amplias, y todos los dias pasaban a limpiar, cambiar toallas y sábanas. Perfecto el servicio. Las instalaciones genial, animación, comida del buffet, cenas, desayunos, etc...el horario perfecto para los desayunos, comidas y cenas. Estacionar fuera del hotel no es complicado, si lo es coger plaza dentro del hotel. La playa a 8 minutos en coche, hay autobús en la puerta que también te acerca. El Spa y el gimnasio bien y los masajes estupendos un 10 para Andrea y Beatriz.
