The only thing I didn't like was that I checked in at 4 in the afternoon and on the day of check-out, I had to leave the room at 12 in the morning. Too early. And they should also provide food on the day of check-out.

Dispone de varios servicios tales como sala de juegos, cine, lavanderia autoservicio, spa... Además es de agradecer que en estas fechas ya hagan espectáculos y actividades para entretener. La zona de piscinas muy bien también.
The pool area, despite being large, feels small when the hotel is full. The food leaves much to be desired. The lack of control by the staff has been evident both at reception and in the restaurant and spa, as people sneaked into the dining room and spa without anyone saying anything. There seemed to be a lack of communication between departments because nothing that they said they were going to communicate ended up being known by the corresponding department, and I had to notify them again. We booked the spa and at the agreed time, there was no one to give us the necessary items to access it or the relevant explanation, and of course, access to it; people were coming and going without any control.
La zona de piscinas pese a ser grande, se queda pequeña estando el hotel lleno. La comida deja bastante que desear. El descontrol del personal ha sido latente tanto en recepción como en restauración y spa, pues se colaba gente en el comedor y spa sin que nadie dijera nada. Se ve que no había mucha comunicación entre departamentos porque nada de lo que decían que iban a comunicar, acababa sabiéndolo el departamento correspondiente y tenía que avisar yo de nuevo. Reservamos spa y a la hora convenida no había nadie para darnos las cosas necesarias para acceder a él ni la explicación pertinente y por supuesto, el acceso al mismo; la gente salía y entraba sin control alguno.

Lo mejor la ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación y que en mayo pudimos aparcar en la calle con facilidad y no había mucho ruido de noche para poder dormir. Las instalaciones están bien y la piscina.
The food, although not of bad quality, is the worst I have ever eaten, very bland and tasteless. The desserts were okay, although they were always the same. They always insisted on charging for the water in the room, and I always paid on the spot. Luckily, I kept the receipts because they tried to charge me for a bottle of water that I had already paid for. And the worst part is that they called me when I was already on my way home to ask me to send them the discount voucher from Jump2spain by mail. I sent it out of pure courtesy, as it should be them who request it from that website, especially after they tried to fool me with the water situation. To top it all off, I noticed that they offer departing guests little water bottles for the road, but nothing to us. I definitely won't be returning to that hotel ever again, which is a shame because I liked the area and the hotel.
La comida sin ser de mala calidad es la peor que he comido nunca y muy sosa y sin gracia, se salvaban los postres aunque siempre eran los mismos. Empeñados siempre en cargar el agua a la habitación y yo siempre pagando al momento menos mal que me guardé los tickets porque me querían cobrar por una botella de agua ya pagada. Y lo peor de todo me llaman cuando ya voy camino a mi casa para pedirme que les envíe por correo el bono de buscounchollo. Se lo envié por pura cortesía porque deben ser ellos quien se lo exijan a esta página y encima que me la quisieron liar con lo del agua. Encima para colmo veo que a los huéspedes que se van les ofrecen botellitas de agua para el camino y a nosotros nada. Vamos que no vuelvo en la vida a ese hotel y es una pena porque me gustó la zona y el hotel.
