Hemos estado muy agusto en este hotel por varios motivos. No es el típico hotel lleno de guiris, casi todos los clientes son españoles. Nos alojamos con pensión completa y a pesar de haber cenado varios días fuera nos ha salido rentable. El bufet está muy bien. Las comidas son bastante buenas y en especial el desayuno que está genial.
Siempre tienes hamacas disponibles para ir a la piscina a tomar el sol
The cleanliness in the pool area could be improved. We found pipe casings next to the sunbeds (people are quite messy, to be honest) and they were there for several days.

Hotel muy cómodo. Zonas comunes y baño reformado, habitación olía un poco a humedad, pero nos compensó por el acceso directo al jardín/piscina.

Es la segunda vez que vamos. El hotel es fantástico y el entorno paradisiaco. Las comidas buenas y muy completas y las habitaciones de lo mejor que puedes tener. Con tanto espacio que casi te da pena no poder aprovecharlas del todo si no vas muchos días. La piscina principal grande y que cuente con una piscina Only Adults es un plus si quieres algo más de tranquilidad. En definitiva, un lugar al que siempre volvería.
We had a small problem with the reception staff, as the hotel has an app through which you can report incidents or request certain services. We requested a late check-out, which in the app had a price that was not the one confirmed to us at reception. We showed them what appeared in the app and, besides rushing us to confirm if we wanted to extend our stay at the price they mentioned, the disappointing response was that "they could have just told us directly that they didn't have availability and spared us that problem." Although it may be a misunderstanding or an app error, we believe that this is not how customers should be treated. However, this is an isolated incident with a receptionist, as the rest of the staff was lovely.
Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el personal de recepción, ya que el hotel cuenta con una aplicación a través de la cual puedes indicar incidencias o solicitar ciertos servicios. Nosotros solicitamos un "late check out" que en la aplicación ponía un precio que no fue el que nos confirmaron en recepción. Les mostramos lo que aparecía en la aplicación y, además de meternos prisa para confirmar si queríamos o no la ampliación de la estancia al precio que ellos nos decían, la decepcionante respuesta fue que "podrían habernos dicho directamente que no tenían disponibilidad y ahorrarnos ese problema".
