Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies aged 0 to 1: the first child stays for free sharing bed with 2 adults.
- In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here.
- Children aged 2 to 11:
- 1st stays at 75% discount and 2nd stays at 50% discount.
- From 06-13-2025 to 09-09-2025, both will have a 50% discount.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room as 2 adults or 2 people paying adult rate.
- If you book a room with pool view, children from 2 to 11 years old travel with the above discounts, but pay an additional surcharge:
- 1st child pays a surcharge of approx. 3€ per night and 2nd child pays a surcharge of approx. 5€ per night.
- If you travel from 06/13/2025 to 09/09/2025, the 2 children pay a surcharge of approx. 5€ per night.
- If your stay falls within a period with different discounts, the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies. For example: If you travel from June 12 to June 18, the 1st child from 2 to 11 years old will receive a 50% discount instead of 75%.
- The maximum occupancy of the rooms is 4 people. The accommodation does not allow a 5th person in the same room whether adults or children.
- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 30% of the price of a person staying in a double room. It may vary according to the dates of the holiday and will be applied to the final price of your booking.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- Only one pet per room.
- Good to know: Your pet will only be allowed in the room and reception area, as long as it is on a leash.
- Please note that you will not be able to accompany you to the hotel's main areas, such as the restaurant, lounges, bar and pool areas.
Board Basis
If you're booking Full Board:
- The first meal included is lunch, and, therefore, the last meal included is breakfast.
- If you'd like to change the order of your meals, you can request it at the accommodation. You'll find their contact details on your confirmation voucher.

The Aquafun park is scheduled to open on the following dates in 2025:
- Open every day, from April 11 to April 19 and from June 06 to September 07 (both included)
- From May 1 to June 5 and from September 8 until the end of season, open only on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

- For security reasons, the minimum height is 1.20m
- The maximum weight allowed is 110kgs.
- Park Opening hours are from 11:00h to 19:30h (subject to change and weather conditions).

Odour from toilet (probably a dry sink), curtains (for the nite) very used and damaged.

La estancia en este hotel siempre es agradable , el personal muy profesional.
The open bar has a very short duration, ending the activities afterwards and not being able to make use of it. With the TI, that time slot should not exist.
La barra libre tiene una duración muy corta , acabando las actividades posteriormente y no pudiendo hacer uso de ella . Con el TI se debería de no tener esa franja horaria .

La atención del personal es buena,la calidad de la comida también, así como los espectáculos nocturnos. La entrada al parque acuático es directa y fácil.
There are not enough people in the restaurant and cafeteria, which means there is not enough time to clear the leftover dishes from the tables or to have to wait to be served. The rooms need improvement and updating, especially the uncomfortable sofa beds.
Faltan personas en el restaurante y cafetería, lo que hace que no dé tiempo a recoger los platos sobrantes de las mesas o a tener que esperar para ser atendido. Las habitaciones necesitan una mejora y actualización, sobre todo los sofás-cama, incómodos.

El parque acuático, el restaurante y el servicio transfer a la playa gratuito que tiene el hotel es lo mejor de todo.
The ground floor rooms N are not well separated from the adjacent ones, you can easily move from one to another, even a child, there is no privacy and they are too accessible from the street, anyone can access them, that is what I liked the least, it does not provide security, also if the neighbor smokes, all the tobacco smell comes in.
Las habitaciones de la planta baja N, no están bien separadas de las contiguas, puedes pasar tranquilamente de una a otra, incluso un niño, no hay intimidad y están demasiado accesibles desde la calle, pudiendo acceder cualquiera, es lo que menos me ha gustado, no da seguridad, además si el de al lado fuma, entra todo el olor a tabaco.
