Comida con muy poca variedad, postres escasos, para mi q soy delicada peor aún, algo tan básico como la pizza que hay en todos los hoteles aquí nada, todo anticuado con mal olor, la ducha que salía el agua. Y el personal depende como los pillarás más simpáticos o bordes. Y para terminar mi estancia la guinda fue la limpiadora pidiéndonos que nos fuéramos antes de las 12 porque se le habían acumulado las habitaciones cosa donde ella no se tiene que meter..

El ambiente familiar ha sido estupendo.
The variety of food is limited but good in taste.
For pool towels, you had to pay 2€ per use in addition to the 10€ deposit (normal thing) and that for each towel.
The hotel was very top at the time, now it's fine although it looks a bit old in some things.
La variedad de la comida es cortita aunque buena de sabor.
Para las toallas de piscina había que pagar 2€ por uso a parte de los 10€ de fianza (cosa normal) y eso por cada toalla.
El Hotel en su momento fue muy top, ahora está bien aunque se ve un poco antiguo en algunas cosas.

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la atención recibida por parte del personal, tanto del buffet, recepción, limpieza...
The room was very clean. The bathroom was a bit old-fashioned compared to the decor, but it was also clean. As for the buffet, there was little variety in desserts and no ice cream.
La habitación estaba muy limpia. El baño estaba un poco anticuado con respecto a la decoración, pero también estaba limpio.

Sinceramente, lo mejor que tiene este hotel es sin duda su personal, comenzando con Estela desde recepción, que siempre busca soluciones a cualquier propuesta, pasando por todo el elenco de camareros de barra como Miguel Ángel o Eugénia, siempre con una sonrisa, responsable de comedor, Lídia, quien atiende diligente y eficiente y rodeada por su equipo de trabajadoras amables e incansables como Belén, Alba, Carmen... más los que no tuvimos la suerte de conocer, el equipo de limpieza valga Encarni como ejemplo de dedicación y eficiencia, y como no, el equipo de animadores que siendo solo cuatro personas, Paula, Tania y los chicos, hacían lo posible por entretener a más de doscientos, tarea que no es nada fácil.
¡Chapeau por todos ellos! El hotel...

Aquí es donde viene la parte negativa. Este hotel tiene más de 50 años en su haber y seguramente cuando abrió sería un cuatro estrellas en su justa medida, hoy en día permitanme que discrepe.
Necesita una renovación urgente, las instalaciones son muy antiguas, están deterioradas, hay zonas de uso cerradas...
Viendo las imágenes de la página nos emocionó, cuando lo vimos presencialmente, nos decepcionó.
