El hotel es espectacular, habitaciones amplias, cómodas éramos 4 personas y hemos estado genial!
On the negative side, El Egido is not a very attractive place, with a lot of haze and a heavy atmosphere, and the sea of plastic that simulates greenhouses makes it a bittersweet visual experience. Las piscinas están muy bien, el servicio, los camareros, las habitaciones... Todo bastante bien. Lo mejor es la atención de los camareros que la mayoría son muy profesionales. Hay aparcamiento gratuito dentro del recinto.
What we have missed is that despite having two bars, the one in the lobby doesn't open until 7 in the evening, so if you want to have a drink in your room before that time, you have to walk to the pool area. And the other downside has been the lack of variety in the buffet. For a 5-star hotel, we expected something else. Especially at lunchtime, it became repetitive.
Lo que hemos echado en falta es que habiendo dos bares, el del hall no abre hasta las 7 de la tarde, y si te quieres tomar algo en la habitación antes de esa hora tienes que recorrerte la zona de la piscina. Y el otro punto negativo ha sido la poca variedad que tiene el buffet. Para ser 5 estrellas nos esperábamos otra cosa. Sobre todo a medio día se hacía repetitivo.
