La comida del buffet en las cenas varía segun la temática.
La comida del buffet no la dejan sacar, pero por motivos de intensidad de mi bebe nos hicieron el favor de dejarnos subir el postre a la habitacion.
Room service te ponen buena cantidad en los platos.
La playa de levante diria que es la mejor de la zona, pero ojo es de piedras, pero sus aguas son cristalinas y se puede contemplar un buen atardecer.

El hotel está geniam, habitaciones enormes, buffet perfecto y variado, el poder acceder al hotel de 4 estrellas que está cerca es un plus, ya que hay más ambiente y diversión para los peques y cuenta con acceso directo a playa. Parking al descubierto gratuito y mucha zona de aparcamiento en los alrededores que es también gratuita.
For example, they assume that you know everything when you arrive. They don't explain what is included in the all-inclusive (in the other 4-star hotel they do have a little sign that informs you of what you can ask for or not), they don't tell you a bit about the layout of the hotel... you have to discover it yourself and ask. It would be nice to receive more information about the spa, the gym, etc.
Por decir algo, dan por hecho que uno sabe todo cuando llega. No explican lo que incluye en el todo incluido (en el otro hotel de 4 estrellas sí tienen un cartelito que te informa de lo que puedes pedir o no), no te cuentan un poco la distribución del hotel,.. tienes que ir descubriéndolo tú y preguntando. Sí estaría bien recibir más información al respecto, del spa, del gimnasio, etc.

Habitación amplia y cómoda para ir en familia. Piscina muy bien, con bar al lado para todo lo que necesites. Comida bufet rápido y bastante aceptable.
Animación nocturna para todas las edades (música en directo, mago ...)

- Hotel tranquilo, en las horas de comidas no había que esperar, para poder acceder al comedor
- Tema tumbonas para la piscina, siempre hay disponibilidad y si no había, se lo pedías a los socorristas y ellos nos la facilitaban.
- El mini club, no es muy grande, pero tiene un horario muy ampliado y con diversas actividades, hay que agradecer el trabajo que realiza Paula con los niñ@s (nosotros quedamos encantados con ella).
- También agradecer la atención de los socorristas (en especial a Dani).
- La comida no es un buffet grande, pero es bastante mejor, que los buffet que te puedes encontrar en hoteles "familiares". También agradecer al cocinero Jesús, sus atención y amabilidad que tuvo con nuestra hija.
- Una nota positiva, es que al tener el todo incluído, te permitía acceder al hotel de 4 estrellas de la misma cadena (nosotros particularmente fuimos un día y no volvimos más, porque no nos gustó el ambiente debido a que no era un hotel tranquilo y algunas zonas del césped/piscina estaban un poco descuidadas)

Por poner algo negativo (aunque nosotros ya lo sabíamos), no es un hotel que esté a pie de playa, más o menos está a unos 600 metros.
El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación, en nuestro termostato (marcaba 28°), si nosotros queríamos bajabamos la temperatura, automáticamente se volvía a subir a 28°. Había veces que salía un chorro de aire frío que por la noche nos teníamos que arropar y de repente paraba ese chorro y hacía calor.
