El hotel es espectacular, habitaciones amplias, cómodas éramos 4 personas y hemos estado genial!
On the negative side, El Egido is not a very attractive place, with a lot of haze and a heavy atmosphere, and the sea of plastic that simulates greenhouses makes it a bittersweet visual experience. However, the area where the hotel is located seems like an oasis in the middle of the desert and, above all, the jewel in the crown is that just an hour away you can find Cabo de Gata, which is highly recommended.
Por poner algo negativo, El Egido no es un lugar muy atractivo, mucha calima y ambiente cargado y ese mar de plásticos que simulan los invernaderos hacen que sea una experiencia agridulce a nivel visual. Eso sí la zona donde está ubicado el hotel parece un oasis en mitad de el desierto y sobre todo y la joya de la corona, es que a 1 horita se encuentra el Cabo de gata 100% recomendable.

Descanso puedes estar en el hotel y disfrutar de las amplias habitaciones, camas súper cómodas 2x2 y extenso baño con ducha XL. El Buffet super variado y restaurante japonés a la carta fuera del régimen de pensión . Horario amplio para animación de los pequeños , hotel muy familiar con familias con niños pequeños

La comida del buffet en las cenas varía segun la temática.
La comida del buffet no la dejan sacar, pero por motivos de intensidad de mi bebe nos hicieron el favor de dejarnos subir el postre a la habitacion.
Room service te ponen buena cantidad en los platos.
La playa de levante diria que es la mejor de la zona, pero ojo es de piedras, pero sus aguas son cristalinas y se puede contemplar un buen atardecer.

Digamos que este es un 5* por la parte de los espacios, como podrían ser las habitaciones, vestíbulo y piscina. Los trabajadores son agradables.
Several areas for improvement that even set it apart from a 4-star rating: the food was very repetitive, greasy, and often a bit burnt (they have the grill on high, don't adjust it, which can result in fish and meat being partially raw. The entertainment was good during the 5 nights we stayed, except for the magician (Pablo, I think was his name) who, although good at magic, was terrible with the humor he used (at times it seemed like he was in a comedy show from the 90s); if you're good at magic but bad at humor, focus on the magic. Lastly, I missed having a pillow menu, as the pillows available were excessively high and thick.
I would not stay at this accommodation again.
Varios puntos de mejora que lo alejan incluso de un 4*: la comida muy repetitiva, aceitosa y en demasiadas ocasiones un poco quemada (tienen la plancha al máximo, no la regulan, y eso hace que pescados y carnes puedan quedar parcialmente crudos. La animación fue buena las 5 noches que estuvimos a excepción del mago (Pablo, creo que se llamaba) que, si bien era bueno con la magia, era pésimo con el humor que empleaba (en algunos momentos parecía que estuviera en un show de Arévalo de los años 90); si se te da bien la magia y mal el humor, céntrate en la magia. Por último, eché de menos una carta de almohadas, siendo excesivamente altas y gruesas las que estaban disponibles.
No repetiría en este alojamiento.

The food, very repetitive, poor quality, and everything was always finished by 21:30h and they served a different meal, for a 5-star hotel we really didn't like it at all.

El hotel está geniam, habitaciones enormes, buffet perfecto y variado, el poder acceder al hotel de 4 estrellas que está cerca es un plus, ya que hay más ambiente y diversión para los peques y cuenta con acceso directo a playa. Parking al descubierto gratuito y mucha zona de aparcamiento en los alrededores que es también gratuita.

They don't explain what is included in the all-inclusive (in the other 4-star hotel they do have a little sign that informs you of what you can ask for or not), they don't tell you a bit about the layout of the hotel... you have to discover it yourself and ask. It would be nice to receive more information about the spa, the gym, etc.
Por decir algo, dan por hecho que uno sabe todo cuando llega. No explican lo que incluye en el todo incluido (en el otro hotel de 4 estrellas sí tienen un cartelito que te informa de lo que puedes pedir o no), no te cuentan un poco la distribución del hotel,.. tienes que ir descubriéndolo tú y preguntando. Sí estaría bien recibir más información al respecto, del spa, del gimnasio, etc.

Habitación amplia y cómoda para ir en familia. Piscina muy bien, con bar al lado para todo lo que necesites. Comida bufet rápido y bastante aceptable.
