The cleaning is terrible, to say the least, almost nonexistent. They don't clean anything daily, they only make the beds, change the towels, and take out the trash (no cleaning at all).

Ubicación ideal. Limpieza correcta.
A 4-star hotel with plastic cups in the dining room and removing trays half an hour before the scheduled time leaves much to be desired. Having your IDs photocopied at reception instead of scanning the data is grounds for complaint, but it's not ideal to start your holiday like this (and I suppose having worked behind a reception desk influences understanding that it is to streamline the process and complete all the paperwork later).
Un hotel de 4* con vasos de plástico en comedor y retirando bandejas media hora antes de la hora estipulada para ello, deja mucho que desear. Que al llegar a la recepción fotocopien tus DNIs en lugar de escanear los datos es para poner queja, pero no es plan de empezar tus vacaciones así (y supongo que haber trabajado detrás de una recepción influye a qué "entienda" que es para agilizar el proceso y realizar todo el papeleo más tarde).
