8.9 July Travelled with family June 2025 We have been 9 people at this hotel over the weekend, by the way a very big hotel, the reception girls are lovely and very attentive at all times, the rooms are good and clean, the air conditioning is wonderful, the mattresses and pillows should be changed, but we slept well, the dining service very attentive replenishing food trays when they ran out and removing plates from the tables, the food is very good and there is variety especially in salads and desserts, it is worth mentioning that they do not serve pork but it was not noticeable because the food was good in everything they prepared, there is a cold water fountain in the dining room where you can get water and fill a bottle, a lot of staff in the dining room which made everything pleasant, the outdoor pools are very clean and very good, the indoor one smelled a bit musty to be honest, the water is not hot and looks a bit cloudy, many foreign children come to play sports tournaments but it's fine, there is a service to leave the suitcase when you leave the hotel at 10:15 and you can stay at the pool and shower in the gym locker rooms for free, tennis court 10€ per hour, hairdryer 5€ and the TV remote 5€ deposit which they return to you when you leave, and above all emphasize that this hotel does not serve alcohol, it is 150 metres from the beach, there are many shops, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I don't understand the people who sometimes give very bad reviews of this hotel because in terms of quality price as a three-star hotel it is very good, they probably don't want to be served for the price they pay as if it were a 5-star hotel, I think there is still a lot of racism. I do recommend it.
change the pool hammocks and umbrellas that have been well used and put some small tables to place the things we carry on top of them and better arrange the indoor pool for its use.
