Buena calidad ubicación, habitaciones amplías, confortables y limpias, personal agradable, muy buena comida y servicio de comedor muy atentos y agradables y felicitaciones a la cocina estaba todo riquísimo.
Upon arriving, the receptionist was not very empathetic, perhaps due to the large influx of people. We arrived tired on a motorcycle around 1:30 PM and she told us that she wouldn't give us the room until 2 PM, nor did she give us the option to leave our things and go eat. However, thanks to a very kind person at the hotel, everything was quickly resolved. It was probably due to the workload; we can all have a bad day, so we should forgive it. I take it as a simple anecdote.
Al llegar la recepcionista, no fue nada empática, tal vez debido a la gran afluencia de gente.Veniamos cansados en moto sobre las 13,30 y nos dijo q hasta las 14 no nos daba la habitación, tampoco nos dio opción a dejar las cosas para ir a comer, aunque después gracias a una persona del hotel muy amable, todo se solucionó rápidamente.
Seguramente fue debido al volumen de trabajo, todos podemos tener un mal día hay q disculparlo.Lo anoto como una simple anécdota.

Compramos pensión completa y nos dieron la opción de media pensión teniendo que volver al día siguiente y hacer 35 km para degustar del servicio completo que pagamos
Era el primer día de apertura y ofrecimos varias opciones para arreglar la situación
Pero...no se hicieron responsables de la incomodidad que nos supuso irnos a casa y volver
Deberían dar opciones a sus errores y siempre hay un plan B
