Las vistas del hotel desde la piscina al mar y al peñón de Gibraltar son muy buenas.
Que tenga una piscina que sea únicamente para adultos también es algo muy positivo.
Se agradece el amplio horario de desayuno y de cena.
La ubicación de manilva en general es buena porque tiene la posibilidad de ir a distintos sitios tanto de Málaga como de Cádiz estando relativamente cerca.
Vistas al mar desde el apartamento.
Zona tranquila.
Tienes parking dentro del recinto aunque tenga un coste de 5 € la noche.
During the entire stay (1 whole week) the air conditioning was broken and did not work in the middle of July with the heat in Andalusia. Although the hotel tried to fix it as quickly as possible for several days, they did not find a solution and we had to stay without air conditioning throughout the stay, having to sleep in the living room to let in a little more air through the terrace since the room without air was too hot. As compensation, they only allowed us to check out a few hours later. We reported the incident every day and although they came to check it, they were unable to fix it. We believe that the damage caused by being without air conditioning during the last week of July in an apartment in Malaga is not resolved by being allowed to check out a few hours later, as having air conditioning is essential. If we had known that we wouldn't have it, we would have obviously booked another hotel. Another negative aspect is that the quality of dinner is quite low. The menu proposals are unappetizing and the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. The pool closes at 8 in the evening, we believe it could stay open later since there is still a lot of sun and it is hot at that time.
Durante toda la estancia (1 semana entera) estaba estropeado el aire acondicionado y no nos funcionó en pleno mes de julio con el calor que hace en Andalucia y aunque desde el hotel intentaron solucionarlo lo más rápido posible varios días, no dieron con la solución y tuvimos que estar sin el aire acondicionado durante toda la estancia teniendo que dormir en el salón para que entrase un poco más de aire por la terraza ya que el n la habitación sin aire hacia demasiado calor.
Como compensación únicamente nos permitieron salir unas horas más tarde del check out.
Informamos cada día de la incidencia y aunque venían a revisarlo no consiguieron solucionarlo.
Consideramos que el perjuicio ocasionado de haber estado durante la última semana de julio sin aire acondicionado en un apartamento en Málaga no se solventa con que te dejen salir unas horas más tarde siendo un requisito indispensable el tener el aire acondicionado ya que de haber sabido que no íbamos a tener lógicamente hubiéramos reservado en otro hotel.
Otro aspecto negativo es que la calidad de la cena es bastante baja.
Las propuestas de los platos son poco apetecibles y la calidad de los alimentos deja mucho que desear.
La piscina cierra a las 8 de la tarde consideramos que podría abrirse hasta más tarde ya que a esa hora sigue habiendo mucho sol y hace calor.

La piscina todo y siendo muy concurrida estaba bien y la comida también buena.
The beds are very hard and you cannot rest properly, we found long hairs from the previous tenants in both the bathroom and on the floor. The fridge, even though it was working, was in terrible condition. Even though they initially stated the conditions, they required a 200€ deposit at the establishment, which was later refunded, we found it abusive.
El tema de camas son muy duras y no se puede descansar correctamente, nos encontramos pelos largos tanto en el
Baño como en el suelo de los anteriores inquilinos. La nevera todo y que funcionaba estaba en pésimas condiciones. Todo y que en las condiciones lo ponían de un principio se dejaba una paga de 200€ en el establecimiento que luego lo devolvían , lo vimos abusivo.

El complejo es muy chulo y muy grande, ideal para familias. Hemos tenido un apartamento en planta baja con salida directa a los jardines y ha sido un acierto para los peques, pudiendo entrar y salir a su antojo y jugar con los niños vecinos.
Las instalaciones muy bien y el personal muy amable.
The facilities and appearance of the buildings indeed need some maintenance, but overall, they are good.
