La limpieza del alargamiento y las instalaciones. La piscina no estaba demasiado colapsada para ser agosto. Todo el personal muy atento y amable.
The plates, cutlery, and glasses from the buffet were not very clean. It felt like they wash too many at once in the dishwashers and they don't come out as expected. You also found them wet. And the breakfast cups, flying... I think this aspect should be improved.

Todo estuvo por lo general bastante bien, fuimos en pareja y aunque había muchas familias con niños lo cierto es que no molestaban para nada, al contrario daba gusto verles disfrutar tanto, y con buena animación tanto para los peques como para los adultos.

Hotel familiar con buen ambiente y una gran piscina central con toboganes. Tambien se realizan actividades que hacen más amena la estancia. Prácticamente haces vida en el hotel. Buffet aceptable. Limpieza muy bien. El personal del hotel muy efectivo y amable. Muy recomendable
I would say the location, you have Roquetas beach a 3-minute walk away but it's not worth much. The city center is far away...and taking the car in August is a nightmare.
