La localización del sitio es increíble. Justo en el borde exterior de la ciudad con mucha tranquilidad y vistas de Oviedo espectaculares y a solo 1km de la ciudad.
The beds are very old, they should at least change the mattresses to be able to rest a little better, and in the bathrooms put a glass shelf in the shower, not a long, discolored fabric that looks very old. Otherwise, good spaciousness and good storage in the wardrobe.

La ciudad y sus restaurantes
The most remarkable thing about this stay is the bad attitude of the staff towards customers, lack of education, and basic social skills essential for a customer-facing position. Not only with us but with other guests. The hotel offers meal services, however, when we tried to use the service, they informed us that it was not available because the chef was sick. We suggested that it would be advisable to communicate this through signs or remove the (very visible) sign indicating that the service is available. In response, they attacked us saying in a very rude manner, "What's wrong? Don't people have the right to get sick?" After explaining that was not the issue, but rather that it is logical to inform that the service is temporarily unavailable, she ended up saying that she informs those who ask because not everyone dines. Another striking aspect is the way they speak to customers during check-in, better not have any doubts or be in a hurry, because they will greet you with condescension and a super motivational tone to start your holiday.
Lo más destacable de esta estancia es la mala actitud del personal para con los clientes, falta de educación y de habilidades sociales básicas indispensables para un puesto cara al público. No sólo con nosotras sino con otros huéspedes. El hotel ofrece el servicio de comidas y cenas sin embargo al ir a hacer uso del servicio nos indica que no está disponible porque el cocinero está enfermo, por ello le indicamos que sería recomendable que lo indicase a través de carteles o retirase el cartel (muy visible) que indica que disponen de ese servicio, ante lo cual respondió atacando diciendo de muy malas formas “que pasa? La gente no tiene derecho a ponerse enfermos?” Depués de decirle que no era ese el problema, sino que lo lógico es que informen de que ese el servicio no está disponible temporalmente acabó diciendo que ella avisa a quien pregunta porque no todo el mundo cena. Otro aspecto llamativo son las formas de hablar a los clientes al hacer el check-in, que más vale que no tengas dudas ni prisa, porque te van a recibir con una condescendencia y tono súper motivador para empezar unas vacaciones.

This is the first time I have been treated so terribly in a hotel. The reception was slow and speaking in a mocking tone. I trust Jump2spain because I usually book more things with them, but from now on I will check the comments beforehand on other pages. Me fío de buscounchollo porque suelo coger con ellos más cosas, pero apartir de ahora veré los comentarios antes en otras páginas.
