El personal del comedor es genial. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de restaurantes tiendas y a 100 metros de la playa. Me gustó que todo estaba muy limpio siempre a pesar de que el hotel estaba lleno. La comida, para ser buffet, la verdad que no tan mal. Como en todo buffet habia cosas que estaban mejor y otras peor pero en general bien.
Perhaps what I liked least was the organization of the room, the position of the bed and the TV.

Too many people, overcrowded elevators, the buffet as well, you could hardly walk through the dining room.
Breakfast and dinner times were too early, getting up early on holiday was not what we expected. The evening shows left much to be desired, especially the lady who sang on Sunday. The mini disco at 8 in the evening when dinner was from 7 to 9:30... my daughters couldn't go any day, as if they went there was no time left for dinner and it was either that or have dinner at 7 in the evening.
Furthermore, Santa Susanna did not appeal to us, the train line running through the town, with an underpass to reach the beach. Non-existent promenade and the beach with a large step to enter, as soon as you stepped in it was already deep, not suitable for children or the elderly. We will not repeat this destination.

Los horarios de desayuno y cena demasiado tempranos, madrugar en vacaciones no era lo que esperábamos. Los espectáculos de noche dejaban bastante que desear, sobre todo la señora que cantaba el domingo. La mini disco a las 8 de la tarde cuando la cena era de 7 a 9:30… mis hijas no pudieron ir ningún día, ya que si iban no quedaba tiempo para cenar y era eso o cenar a las 7 de la tarde.
Además. Santa Sussana no nos gustó, la vía de tren por medio del pueblo, con paso subterráneo para llegar a la playa. Paseo marítimo inexistente y la playa con un gran escalón para entrar, nada más meterte ya cubría, no apta para niños ni para personas mayores. No repetiremos en el destino.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias, teníamos pensión completa y tanto el agua como los refrescos de tirador estaban incluidos, lo cual está muy bien. Los camareros eran muy serviciales y simpáticos.
The receptionists were very slow and served with too much calm. To store luggage, you could use a locker or leave it unsecured, but that meant risking having it stolen. The locker cost 2 €.
Although the rooms were clean, they were quite basic and did not correspond to the level of a 4-star hotel; they seemed more like 3-star. The food was scarce and not very good.
Los recepcionistas eran muy lentos y atendían con demasiada calma. Para guardar las maletas podías usar una taquilla o dejarlas sin asegurar, pero eso implicaba arriesgarte a que te las robaran. La taquilla costaba 2 €.
Aunque las habitaciones estaban limpias, eran bastante básicas y no correspondían al nivel de un hotel de 4 estrellas; más bien parecían de 3. La comida era escasa y no muy buena.

The shower was clogged and showering was a nightmare because the water overflowed outside the shower tray and the bathroom was left full of water.
I also don't like it when the pool turns into a race of tourists booking their sunbed early in the morning by putting a towel and not showing up at the pool until noon while those who want to use the pool have nowhere to go.
Allowing smoking in the pool and in the outdoor dining area is also something I don't find very normal.
La ducha estaba embozada y ducharse fue un calvario porque el agua desbordaba fuera del plato de ducha y quedó el baño lleno de agua.
Tampoco me gusta que la piscina se convierta en una carrera de turistas reservando su tumbona a primera hora de la mañana poniendo la toalla y no apareciendo por la piscina hasta medio día mientras que los que quieren usar la piscina no tienen donde ponerse.
Que se permita fumar en la piscina y en el comedor exterior tampoco lo encuentro muy normal.
