Lack of cleanliness, lack of information for the rooms, hairdryer not working, burnt switches, windows couldn't even be opened. The spa is falling apart. Lack of hygiene and poor food pbooking where breakfast is served. The pool is green. The hotel is a disaster.

7.1 Miguel Ángel Travelled with couple July 2025 The proximity to the beach...well located. And the closeness to other towns like Castro-Urdiales and Noja.
The rooms had the bathroom door misaligned, it wouldn't close. It had no handle on the back. The other services of the sink supports and toilet paper holder were in disarray. The lack of maintenance. And it's a shame that such a nice little hotel is being neglected.
No tenía manilla trasera.

7.4 Abraham July 2025 The girl in the cafeteria is very friendly.
They could use some oiling on the room doors because if you fall asleep early, you wake up to the squeak of other guests' doors. The pool is not very clean, just like the windows, but for the price we paid, it wasn't bad, and we were unlucky that when we were going to the spa, it wasn't working.
