Lo único que pudimos disfrutar fue la piscina porque como es por reserva no hay apenas gente y se está bien.
El personal es amable sin contar a la señora Melanie fue la recepcionista que nos atendió de muy mala manera y muy mala educación tuvimos problemas con la reserva y nos estuvo dos horas y media esperando y con muy poca humanidad como trabajadora es una incompetente, menos mal que vino su superior Paula la cual lo pudo solucionar y darnos el mejor servicio.
En la habitación hacía muchísima calor y no podías poner el aire frío.
La limpieza de las habitaciones es escasa, en el comedor pasan un trapo por encima de la mesa y no limpian justamente los trapos donde tú pones tu plato bastante desagradable ya que estaban sucios,

No está muy céntrico pero valoro más la tranquilidad que tiene , precisamente por estar un poco alejado del centro de Lloret de Mar. En relación a las comidas, encontré que era poco variado y que había falta de pescado y, el que había era de muy baja calidad (panga). Para un hotel de 4 estrellas no me parece que esté a la altura. Encontré que había falta de limpieza, tanto en la habitación (cristales, debajo de las camas) como en algunos espacios comunes, como el spa. La sauna húmeda no funcionaba y en la fauna seca no había agua ni cazo. Los precios de las bebidas me parecieron un poco altos. Gracias

El personal que trabaja en el buffet, son muy amables y simpáticas el spa es está bastante bien pero siempre hay problemas con las reservas.
Siempre hay problemas a la hora de reservar el spa y encima te dicen que todas las horas están llenas cuando es mentira, la gente se tira allí dos horas cuando solo te permiten 45 minutos. Hemos estado en este hotel ya 6 veces y nunca habíamos tenido problemas está vez la comida fatal, la limpieza de las habitaciones fatal con pétalos de san Valentín por debajo de las camas y lavabo lleno de polvo. El ultimo día nos entró la señora de la limpieza a las 9 sin picar a la puerta ni nada y pillo a mi marido en el baño, nos quejemos en recepción y le hecharon bronca pero nos dijeron que no era la primera vez que lo hacía. Está vez me a decepcionado mucho este hotel cuando siempre era uno de nuestros favoritos.
