El spa debería haber alguien vigilando, porque hay muchos descontrol. El agua está helada y el jacuzzi muy pequeño. Las saunas son con precio a parte y en un spa entra todo. No me ha gustado nada las camas, colchones y camas de muy mala calidad. No volveré a repetir en este alojamiento.

Mantenimiento de las instalaciones deficiente, limpieza muy deficiente, instalaciones obsoletas para un hotel de 4 estrellas, por ir con busco un chollo no me permitieron tener un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, el spa no tiene en funcionamiento más que el vaso de la piscina y un jacuzzi, el parking no lo pude contratar porque estaba en obras y en la web lo ofertaban, se oye hablar a los vecinos de la habitación contigua, el todo incluido es muy deficiente tanto en productos, calidad y horarios.
Está claro que a este hotel le sobran 2 estrellas.

en su momento debió ser bueno, es grande , restaurante grande, trabajadores muy amables y siempre atentos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente
La ducha tenia partes oxidadas, suelo con huecos, la pared de las habitaciones muy finas ya que se escuchaba todo lo que hacia el vecino, la comida le faltaba mucho, y en el desayuno una pobre señora friendo huevos y beicon para una fila de más de 30 , sin contar a las personas que estaban ya sentadas que se iban con solo ver la fila.
