Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
Infants (up to 1 year old included):
- 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with 2 adults. Only possible in double and triple rooms. In case of choosing a quadruple room, the hotel will assign a bed and charge the corresponding amount.
- Traveling with 2 babies? Contact us here so we can check if it is possible to stay in the same room.
Children (from 2 to 11 years old):
In this accommodation the discounts change depending on:
- the meal plan you choose (breakfast, Half Board with Full Board or all inclusive).
- the type of room you book (triple, quadruple, with sea view...).
- the dates you travel (summer season, spring...).
For this reason, you will see the discounts already applied directly during the booking process.
Good to know:
- Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Children from 12 years old (included) pay the adult rate. The hotel does not make exceptions in this regard.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people:
- If you are travelling with children, the maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or infants per room.
- If you are all adults, the maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room.
- The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.
Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 40% per room per night. You will see it reflected during the booking process.

El personal, tanto comedor, bar, socorristas y animación de 10. En el comedor se estaba fresco de más. Las habitaciones grandes con 2 camas de 150 y mas espacio que en ningun otro hotel "familiar" que haya estado. Y sin tarjeta/llave de habitación, la pulsera es la llave!!!
There are no indications of allergens anywhere, and depending on who you ask, they know or not and send you to another place. They have QR codes for everything except for that. If they could fix it, it would be a 10!
No hay indicaciones de alergenos por ningún sitio y depende de a quien le preguntes sabe o no y te manda a otro. Tienen "QR" para todo excepto para eso. Si pudieran arreglarlo seria de 10!

Hemos viajado en família y mis hijos han disfrutado mucho de las piscinas y los toboganes. La comida está bien y hay bastante variedad. Las habitaciones son amplias y en general todo está muy limpio. El personal es muy agradable y atento.
The All-Inclusive shouldn't have schedules for the bar because you can't even make yourself a coffee until breakfast time.
El Todo incluido no tendría que tener horarios para el Bar ya que hasta la hora de desayunar no te puedes hacer el café.

The quality of the food leaves much to be desired, in comparison with other buffets, the variety falls short. For example, I didn't see any tuna to make toast, nor any jam...
Regarding the quality of the food, the same happens, much lower than expected, I have visited several hotels of this style and I think they have a lot to improve on this point.
On the other hand, the all-inclusive bracelets have a deposit of 10€, which is indicated in the booking, but in no case do they specify that it must be paid in cash, this would be advisable. In our case, they invited us to go to an ATM that was 700 metres away, obviously with the inconvenience and commission that would have been generated. However, they told us that it was okay and in the end, after requesting the payment for a second time the next day, we did not have to pay it.
La calidad de la comida deja mucho que desear, en comparación con otros buffets, la variedad se queda corta. Por ejemplo, no vi atún para hacerte unas tostadas, al igual que ninguna mermelada…
Respecto a la calidad de la comida, ocurre lo mismo, bastante más baja de lo esperada, he visitado varios hoteles del estilo y creo que en este punto tienen mucho que mejorar.
Por otro lado, las pulseras con todo incluido tienen una fianza de 10€, lo cual indica en la reserva, pero en ningún caso especifican que deben de abonarse en efectivo, esto sería recomendable. En nuestro caso, nos invitaron a ir a un cajero que estaba a 700 metros, evidentemente con la molestia y comisión que hubiera generado. No obstante, nos dijeron que no pasaba nada y al final tras solicitar el pago en una segunda ocasión al día siguiente, no tuvimos que pagarla.

En general todo perfecto, habitación, limpieza, personal. Nada que objetar, está claro que siempre se puede mejorar pero creo que lo están haciendo muy bien.
Las piscinas están muy bien, tanto la de los toboganes para mayores como la de toboganes para pequeños y la de los "bebés" y como no, tambien la piscina del silencio que así se llama, porque está apartada del bullicio de las otras y es donde podemos relajarnos los padres cuando dejamos a los peques en el mini club con los maravillosos monitores del happy team.
