We stayed with only bed and breakfast. Room and hotel is clean. Did not use the pool or other facilities. The breakfast itself is fine
However the breakfast room it is not a Nice place to easy enjoy your breakfast. It is loud and crowded. It is my personal experience that I did not like this. Next time I would book without breakfast.

La ubicación es perfecta! El año pasado ya habíamos estado y todo genial,la gente de recepción super bien aunque este año lo noté más dejado al hotel.
The food was good, but there wasn't much variety for dinner, breakfast was slightly better. I didn't like the bathrooms at all, the hand dryer didn't work and you had to lift the lid to flush the toilet, clearly it needs maintenance.
La verdad la comida estaba rica pero no había variedad en la cena, el desayuno estuvo un poco mejor. Los baños no me gustaron nada, el sacador no funcionaba y el inodoro tenías que sacar la tapa para tirar la cadena, claramente le hace falta mantenimiento.

The horrible food, no. The next level. The food, so to speak, the same every day for lunch and dinner. No variety and very bad. They gave us a room that instead of cleaning it for us, they just did a quick review/change from the previous guests with their things and dirt. The rest of the days, the cleaning was not very good either, and we had the toothbrushes from the previous guests throughout our stay.

No volvería a este hotel, no me ha gustado nada. La comida poco variada y de mala calidad. Poca limpieza. La puerta del cuarto de baño se cerró sola con el pestillo y no podíamos entrar, tuvimos que abrirla por nuestra cuenta, la cisterna y el aire acondicionado no funcianaban y el servicio técnico ni se pasó por la habitación.

Lo que mas hemos disfrutado ha sido la playa que estaba cruzando de acera el hotel y los espectaculos de la noche por parte de los monitores de animación
The rooms were very old, the beds uncomfortable, the pillows very low, barely with the bottom sheet and one sheet... there was mold on the ceiling and instead of leaving the room free so they could fix it, they moved us there....
We had to wait in long lines for dinner....
The buffet food was disappointing except for breakfast, which was very good in that regard.
The pools in the pictures look very nice in a fairly spacious area, but the reality is nothing like that.
The accommodation was fully booked, which meant it was always packed with people. It felt like they were accommodating more people than they could properly serve.
We know that this year the service has been of worse quality than in previous years.
Las habitaciones muy antiguas, las camas incomodas, las almohadas muy muy bajas, apenas con la bajera y una sabana... habia moho en el techo y en vez de dejar la habitacion libre para que lo pudiesen arreglar nos instalaron ahi....

El bufet la comida dejaba que desear menos los desayunos que por esa parte si estaban muy bien.
Las piscinas en las fotos parecen muy gfa des en un espacio bastante amplio y la realidad no tiene nada que ver.
El alojamiento estaba llenisimo y eso hacia que todo siempre estuviese petado de gente. Daba la sensacion que se alojaba a mas gente de la que podian atender adecuadamente.
Nos consta que este año el servicio ha sido de peor calidad que de años anteriores
