That the beer tap was closed during breakfasts. I understand it's a good measure so that certain individuals don't end up drunk by 14:00h., but those of us who practice responsible drinking like (I like) to accompany a good breakfast with a small beer.

La piscina de la última planta, sólo para adultos y con excelentes vistas, aunque el horario sólo hasta las 19h es muy limitado.
The hotel has been recently refurbished but is not finished yet. The Spa was not working, even though it is included in the price, and there are still workers everywhere finishing the renovations. On the fourth floor, where we were staying, they were fixing the air conditioning in most of the rooms. In ours, the air was not working. In the swimming pool, they were welding the railing while people were bathing, with the danger that this could pose....
It gave the impression that they had opened in a hurry so as not to lose the season, but there were still many things to finish. The staff, for example, was very disoriented and it seemed that most of them were still in training. Perhaps in a while the hotel will function better, but right now the feeling is one of tentativeness in many respects.
El hotel se ha rehabilitado recientemente pero aún no está acabado. El Spa no funcionaba, a pesar de que está incluido en el precio.Todavía hay operarios por todas partes acabando las reformas. En la cuarta planta, donde nos alojábamos, estaban arreglando el aire acondicionado de la mayoría de habitaciones. En la nuestra, no funcionaba el aire. Daba la impresión de que habían abierto a toda prisa para no perder la temporada, pero aún faltaban muchas cosas por acabar. El personal, por ejemplo, iba muy desorientado y parecía que la mayoría estaban todavía formándose. Quizás dentro de un tiempo el hotel funcione mejor, pero ahora mismo la sensación es de provisionalidad en muchos aspectos.

El alojamiento está genial pero al estar aún con los retoques de la reforma nos hemos encontrado que la habitación no tenía AA pero por la tarde lo subsanaron dándonos una habitación superior.
Luego en BUSCACHOLLOS ofrecían SPA por un día y al estar aún reformándolo este servicio no se ha ofrecido por lo que nos deja un sabor como de propaganda engañosa por parte de BUSCACHOLLOS que es como si no hubiera habido entendimiento con el hotel de los servicios que no podían dar por estar aún reformándolo.

At night if you arrive after 21h if the cake is finished they don't serve any more. In this aspect and I say this as a constructive opinion (eye that the waiters are a charm as well as all the staff) should be more attentive to what is missing to replenish it.
La comida se podría mejorar, algunas veces el arroz estaba duro.
Un poco más de variedad estaría genial para el hotel que es.
Por la noche si llegas a partir de las 21h si la tarta se ha acabado ya no ponen más. En este aspecto y lo digo como opinión constructiva (ojo que los camareros son un encanto así como todo el personal ) se debería estar más atento a lo que falta para reponerlo.

Qué valoraría ? La verdad es que nada, para qué nos vamos a engañar. Del hotel Maramar habría tanto que decir que la lista me la guardo porque sería muy larga y además tampoco quiero ser injusta con un hotel estrenado al 70%, por decir algo. Ni la habitación era "select vista al mar" ni existía el spa ofrecido en la reserva. A cambio de eso, se me humilló en 2 ocasiones en que dudaron de que fuera cliente por lo llevar aparente la pulsera impuesta. A pesar de ir de la manica con mi marido que llevaba su pulsera religiosamente aceptada cuando se la "obligaron" a poner. Yo la llevaba y la mostraba, aunque no en su sitio. Pero aún así se me trató como a las personas que en época postpandémica se resistían a llevar la mascarilla paseando por el monte o por la playa. Por no dar detalles...

Mejora?, primera y fundamental: la comida. La calidad de los productos impresentable, en la plancha, salchichas y bacon, y si algún día hubo algo parecido a un filete, seco o mal hecho. Mucha variedad aparente en ensaladicas y platicos de postre pero a la largo nada apetitoso. Bueno, es mi opinión y lo que menos importancia tiene para mí, que realmente viviría de fruta y jamás me quejo de las comidas de hotel...
De lo demás, como digo, demasiado larga la lista como para que nadie se moleste en leerme o creerme. Menos mal que no reservé 5 habitaciones para mi familia el fin de semana, como hubiera sido mi intención de haber encontrado lo que se me ofertaba. Pueden cambiar o mejorar lo que quieran, yo ya no lo veré porque no pienso volver nunca más.
El tema de no poder beber agua de las fuentes, mejor vamos a obviarlo. Ya lo hablé con quien lo tuve que hablar, otra cosa es que me sintiera escuchada o respetada...
