El Hotel a reabierto hace muy poco y van mejorando poco a poco pero yo veo un equipo muy joven y con ganas de que estés bien y disfrutando de la estancia.

"They should put the name on the meals and dinners. Being very allergic, I had to ask what I was going to eat. They should put milk because what comes out of the machine is just water with powders."
Deberían poner el nombre en las comidas y cenas. Yo que soy muy alérgica he tenido que preguntar lo que iba a comer. Deberían poner leche porque lo de la máquina es agua con polvos.

El personal del hotel eran muy majos, las habitaciones eran muy amplias, la ubicación está bien cerca de una de las mejores playas
They were not yet 100% prepared, the Water Slides were closed, they ran out of drinks and took 3 days to restock, the food was good although there was little variety and they only had 1 elevator for the whole hotel. If they fix the details, it could be a 4-star hotel.
Todavía no estaban al 100% de preparación, los toboganes cerrados, se les acababan las bebidas y tardaban 3 días en reponer, la comida estaba buena aunque había poca variedad y solo tenían 1 ascensor para todo el hotel. Si arreglan los detalles si que podría ser un 4 estrellas

El personal es atento y agradable. La comida es de calidad y variada; y tiene cocina en vivo. Habitación amplia, muy bien equipada y el colchón era nuevo y bueno.
Night and day entertainment is scarce. The All-Inclusive is limited in terms of brands and variety. The snack bar does not display the foods they offer. It would improve if the beach had direct access to the pool, without passing through reception. Out of the two elevators, only one was working and it was slow. And finally, it is noticeable that the hotel is just starting up and still lacks details.
Animación noctura y diurna escasa. El TI es limitado en cuanto a marcas y variedad. El bar-snack no muestra los alimentos que ofrecen. Mejoraría el acceso de la playa directamente a la piscina, sin pasar por recepción. De los dos ascensores, solo uno funcionaba y era lento. Y por último, se nota que el hotel está arrancando y aún le faltan detalles.
