Hotel renovado, buenas instalaciones, habitaciones amplias y modernas. Buena ubicación.
El lavabo de la habitación no va acorde con el resto de la estética del hotel, está sin renovar. Pero en buen estado y muy limpio.

La ubicación es ideal , tienes parking comunal cerca que la noche te cuesta 4€ a 8€. Las zonas comunes del Hotel son renovadas .
Las habitaciones de 3 /4 personas adultas son muy poco espaciosas , no hay espacio para dejar ropa y el baño no tiene estantes . El agua del restaurante se paga a pesar de ser buffet ,. La comida está poco cocinada, el pollo y pavo al horno poco hecho ambas noches y fría . Las patatas fritas blandas , al estar cocinadas con antelación , y en las zonas del buffet no había nada que mantuviera la comida caliente .

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable y atento.
Tiene algunas cosas a mejorar, como la cama, en lugar de una cama grande teníamos 2 camas juntas y no era muy cómodo. En el bufet no había tanta variedad y casi siempre era lo mismo y la calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba bien.

Proximidad a Caldea y al centro de la ciudad, buena atención personal (sobretodo Maxi en el comedor), temperatura agradable en todo el hotel y en la habitación, buena presión de ducha y cuarto de baño suficiente
En la cena de Nochebuena y en la de Navidad prácticamente no hicieron nada especial, encontramos a faltar que se hubieran esmerado más, ni unos pocos dulces tradicionals, simplemente ofrecieron una copa de cava por persona, parecia una cena como cualquier otro dia, en cuanto al menú del desayuno aunque habia variedad era bastante repetitivo, al igual que el buffet de la cena, eso sí iban reponiendo los platos que se acababan; en la habitación para 3 personas adultas habia poco espacio de almacenaje, sobretodo faltó información de las plazas reservadas para descargar el equipaje ya que no están delante del hotel sinó unos 50/100 metros más adelante, delante del hotel Metropolis, cuidadito con dejarlo en unas vallas en la esquina del edició ya que los autobuses no pueden girar y automáticamente acude la grua ya que hay una oficina de circulación más abajo, y la broma sale alrededor de 200 €, encontramos a faltar que nos avisaran en recepción ya que indicamos donde habíamos aparcado para descargar las maletas y también nos sobró el comentario de uno de los recepcionistas de que ellos no eran del departamento de tráfico, pero si deben dar un buen servicio al cliente y asegurarse de que han aparcado en el lugar correcto...mención aparte es que no disponen de hojas de reclamación para poder entregar al cliente (parece ser que las tienen bajo llave y solo tiene acceso la directora...??, me parece muy poco serio en un establecimiento hotelero que ha de cumplir una normativa legal)
