La ubiciación es de lo mejor. Puedes ir a la zona más céntrica y tienes dos aparcamientos municipales cerca. La habitación está reformada. y está bien.
La comida de las cenas queda fría rápidamente y demasiado básica. Recomendaría sacar cantidad de cada plato e ir reponiendo para que esté más caliente. Es necesario cambiar bañera por plato de ducha y eliminar las cortinas.

Es un hotel correcto, la entrada se ve limpia y los trabajadores son muy amables
Las habitaciones son demasiado calientes, hace mucha calor. El baño de la habitación no esta limpio del todo chau que repasar las juntas de las bañeras y el wc sobre todo este último es asqueroso. La comida templada y la pasta y el arroz pasado, no me ha gustado mucho…
También añadiría algo de ocio al hotel juegos de mesa o algo y una máquina espendedora, en el bar solo tienen patatas.

Durante nuestra estancia había un curso escolar alojado (de unos 16 años) que vendrían a hacer la típica semana de nieve. Estuvieron gritando y correteando por los pasillos todo el rato y por na noche y no pudimos descansar ni dormir a gusto, esto no es culpa del hotel pero si que habría estado bien que nos hubieran avisado por antelación para poder decidir cambiar a otro hotel donde podríamos haber descansado mejor.

Lo que más he disfrutado ha sido el trato del personal de limpieza, del comedor y de las habitaciones, a quienes les daría 5 estrellas por su amabilidad, profesionalidad y atención. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el servicio del comedor fue muy correcto. Además, Andorra es un lugar precioso, con muchas opciones para disfrutar como Caldea y las pistas de esquí... y mucha diversión.
Sí. La atención en recepción debería mejorar, ya que en varias ocasiones el trato fue poco profesional y con una actitud chulesca. También la comida necesita una mejora clara: poca variedad, fruta en mal estado y sin opciones básicas como zumo de naranja natural o un simple huevo frito.
Por último, los baños se ven antiguos y necesitarían una renovación o, al menos, un poco más de cuidado y mantenimiento.
Andorra es un lugar precioso, con sitios increíbles...pero durante nuestra estancia notamos en varios servicios turísticos una atención algo chulesca y poco cercana, lo cual empaña la experiencia.
