La atención excelente del personal, las instalaciones en perfecto estado y un ambiente muy agradable.
The last time we were there in 2015, there were more 5-star services, the most complete and varied buffet, they have lowered the level of the 5 stars, it's a shame because the hotel is very good.

La habitación es preciosa, sobre todo el baño, la comida, si no tienes ninguna intolerancia, aunque no es abundante, es de muy buena calidad, con noches temáticas (a nosotros nos tocó USA y México, riquísimos esos tacos). Y no se ha terminado una bandeja y ya están reponiendo la siguiente.
What we found most challenging in our case was the options for lactose/gluten intolerant people (there are very, very few options for a 5-star hotel, considering the number of people who suffer from these intolerances today), and the fact that water is not included as a drink in the half-board dinner, but they do provide you with the same bottle for free at breakfast (a bit illogical).
The pools were adequate but nothing special.
Lo que llevamos peor en nuestro caso fue las opciones para intolerantes a lactosa/gluten (hay muy, muy pocas opciones para ser un hotel 5*, con la cantidad de personas que hoy día padecen estás intolerancia), y que el agua no entre como bebida en la cena de la media pensión, pero sí te pongan gratis la misma botella en el desayuno (un poco ilógico).

Gran hotel; habitación enorme completamente domótica (persianas automáticas, luces, etc). Ambiente super tranquilo, nada de gente gritando ni aquagym ni música alta. Personal muy atento, pista de pádel con raquetas y pelotas mediante reserva gratuita, gimnasio 24h gratuito, restaurante en la casa de golf con precios normales, nada de colas en el buffet, si vas de media pensión te recomiendo las cenas son más variadas que las comidas. La comida no esperes las bandejas de rancho de otros hoteles a cambio todo es de muy buena calidad, tienes 2 hoteles por el precio de unos porque si te alojas en el de 5 estrellas puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones del de 4 estrellas de la misma cadena que está cerca(excepto el buffet), este hotel es más común y solo lo usamos para la piscina porque tenía toboganes, en resumen un hotel estupendo para volver. Para comer si no vais a pensión completa os recomiendo Muelle 13 en el puerto a 5 minutos del hotel, te ponen tapas gratuitas con la consumición y a un precio muy competitivo (3'70€), siempre está a tope y hay que reservar pero merece la pena.
The only downside I found was in the food, which, although of excellent quality, lacks variety. Be careful with the ice cream because I found plastic from the containers several times, which they probably empty into ice cream freezers for serving, and pieces of plastic fall out.
El único pero lo encontré en la comida que aunque es de excelente calidad no hay mucha variedad y cuidado con el helado porque me encontré varias veces plástico de las tarrinas que seguramente las vacían en heladeras para que te sirvas y caen trozos de plástico.
