The hotel is clean and food is nice and always enough and fresh. Staff is very nice but the director is not.
Drinks are not included. The card of the room and parking is not working every day at least 2 times due to magnet issues. Parking is a walk up the hill from the hotel. Swimmingpool is fighting for a spot every day.

The food was good, but needs more varaity... missed the paella. The service was great, but some of the housekeepers were not so nice. Most of all we enjoyed pur stay.

La comida estaba bien, bastante variedad para un hotel tan grande y con tanta gente. Habitaciones con camas grandes.
Lack of space in the pool and the ship's pool for children should have some heating system as it is freezing. The rooms are not very spacious.
Falta de espacio en la piscina y la piscina del barco para los peques debería tener algún sistema de climatización ya que está congelada.

I didn't like the beach. Stone sand and it gets deep two metres into the water. To get there, we had to cross a road and train tracks.

The main areas such as the pool were too small for all the people there. Also, there should be more cleanliness in the pool area, everything was full of food scraps. Another downside is the limited dining hours, and people crowded to eat. Lines had to be made to enter and during breakfast to get something from the grill.
Las zonas comunes como la piscina demasiado pequeñas para toda la gente que había. Además debería haber más limpieza en la zona de la piscina,todo estaba lleno de restos de comida.
Otro punto negativo es los horarios del comedor,muy reducidos y la gente se aglomeraba para comer.Habia que hacer colas para entrar y en los desayunos para poder coger algo de la plancha.
