Information for your holiday
- The first service will always be dinner. For any change you should consult with the hotel reception.
- When you check-in at the hotel, you will be asked for a credit card as a guarantee.
- But don't worry! No extra charge will be made, unless during your stay you ask for drinks to be charged to your room.
- If you don't want to leave a credit card as a guarantee, you can do it in cash: they will ask for 100€ as a deposit to cover any possible expenses you may have.
- On the other hand, the hotel can establish up to 5 lunch and dinner shifts, in case the hotel occupancy exceeds 300 people.
- If this is the case, you will be given all the information upon arrival and you will be told which shift you have to enter the restaurant.
- Finally, please note that the accommodation does not have children's entertainment.

- You have unlimited access to the Coco Loco nightclub – just remember to ask for your tickets at the hotel reception.
- The club is located just behind the hotel, only 2 minutes away on foot!
- Entry is open from 00:30h to 02:30h.
- Please note: Access is only allowed for guests over 18 years old.
