Information for your holiday
- The first service will always be dinner. For any change you should consult with the hotel reception.
- When you check-in at the hotel, you will be asked for a credit card as a guarantee.
- But don't worry! No extra charge will be made, unless during your stay you ask for drinks to be charged to your room.
- If you don't want to leave a credit card as a guarantee, you can do it in cash: they will ask for 100€ as a deposit to cover any possible expenses you may have.
- On the other hand, the hotel can establish up to 5 lunch and dinner shifts, in case the hotel occupancy exceeds 300 people.
- If this is the case, you will be given all the information upon arrival and you will be told which shift you have to enter the restaurant.
- Finally, please note that the accommodation does not have children's entertainment.

- You have unlimited access to the Coco Loco nightclub – just remember to ask for your tickets at the hotel reception.
- The club is located just behind the hotel, only 2 minutes away on foot!
- Entry is open from 00:30h to 02:30h.
- Please note: Access is only allowed for guests over 18 years old.

Al llegar a la habitación estaba sin terminar de limpiar, lo dijimos en la recepción y nos cambiaron a una habitación superior, el personal tanto de recepción como el del bar muy amables.
Uno de los peores buffet de todos los hoteles que hemos cogido por esta aplicación, aunque había variedad, muchas de la comida que tenía que estar caliente permanecía fría, y la calidad de la comida era pésima, mal cocinada y de mala calidad.

Las habitaciones son amplias. El personal más o menos bien, a excepción de una camarera muy joven, morena con pelo largo y morena que de 10 , muy agradable y muy correcta.
La comida nada buena. Y el hostelero huele a viejo. La piscina muy pequeña para el volumen del hotel y encajonada entre 4 paredes osea del edificio entero.

Deficiencia en la comida, eliges hora y nosotros tuvimos que esperar para una mesa, comida escasa con bandejas vacías lamentable, nunca nos ha pasado esto. Y este servicio lo pagas, punto negativo, y no entra la bebida aunque sea agua

Hotel recomendable: Grande, bonito y bien ubicado, con mucha zona de aparcamiento alrededor.
Habitación triple con 3 camas iguales (no plegatin). Compramos una almohada porque eran muy cómodas.
Comida variada, muy rica la paella de Gandía.
Personal del comedor, todos muy amables y serviciales. Los de recepción algo más distantes.
La estancia ha sido muy agradable.
