Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 20 kg/pet
- Price: free
- They have to bring the pet's health card :-)
- Due to housing policies, you will not be able to stay with your pet if its breed is considered dangerous.
- Your furry friend must be on a leash and is not allowed in the main areas.
- A maximum of 2 pets are accepted, as long as they do not exceed a total of 20kg.

You don't have to make any arrangements! When you arrive at the accommodation, tell them what meal you want to start with and they will help you with everything.

En si el complejo está muy bien, pero la mitad de las instalaciones sin funcionamiento.
Tendrían que tener más cuidado en el mantenimiento de las habitaciones, son cositas pequeñas pero que al juntarse dan mala imagen. Cómo que falte el botón de la cadena de la cisterna, la mesa que sujeta la tele desnivelada, el sofá del comedor que se desace por qué es de polipiel, y una butaca que hace un ruido imposible de evitar si te sientas.

Las instalaciones, los jardines, la piscina y la tranquilidad del hotel. Es un sitio tranquilo, el hotel es un poco viejito pero se compensa con otros aspectos como las dimensiones del apartamento , la limpieza y el frescor. El aire funcionaba muy bien. Comida muy rica , no había mucha variedad pero todo lo que había estaba bueno. Las personas de la recepción muy amables. Han sabido solucionar y responder a nuestras peticiones.

Lack of basic kitchen utensils, especially cleaning ones: do they expect guests to buy them and also clean? The buffet is poor and repetitive. Also, if you took too long to come down, certain things were not restocked. Total FOMO. Old furniture, and some pieces in poor condition.

Habitación suite enorme,nevera grande,hay tabla planchar,lavadora,microondas,cafetera,hotel tranquilo,muy bonita la decoración, comida poca variedad pero todo muy bueno,puedes pedir agua fría de grifo sin coste,personal de recepción muy amable,no puedo valorar el miniclub porque mi hija no fue (aunque al menos el viernes no hubo),en el comedor reponen comida hasta hora de cierre
Uncomfortable mattress (sinks), air cannot be regulated and it is noisy, no pancakes or ice cream toppings, the food is lukewarm leaning towards cold, I was charged 3€ for a 20cl Coca-Cola, the lifeguard kicks you out of the pool 40 minutes before closing, there are too many spaces without people and few sunbeds, the pool is not very big, there is no adult entertainment during the day or at night (so we bought snacks and drinks and had them in the room watching TV instead of paying 8-10€ for a drink and 4€ for a pack of chips at the bar, car park costs 17€/day (but we were lucky to find a spot in front and didn't dare to move, the area doesn't have anything around.
Colchón incómodo (se hunde),aire no se puede regular y hace ruido,no hay tortitas ni topping para helados,la comida está templada tirando a fría,me cobraron 3€ por Coca-Cola de 20cl, el socorrista te echa de la piscina 40 minutos antes del cierre,hay demasiados espacios sin asientos y pocas tumbonas,la piscina no es muy grande,no hay animación adulta ni de dia ni de noche(así que compramos picoteo y bebidas y nos lo tomamos en la habitación viendo la tv en vez de pagar 8-10€ por copa y 4€ por paquete de patatas en el bar,el parking cuesta 17€/día (pero tuvimos suerte de encontrar sitio en frente y no nos atrevimos a moverlo,la zona no tiene nada que ver alrededor

Apartamento grande con amplia terraza. Magnífica piscina. Personal muy amable, a destacar el chico del bar de la piscina. El desayuno muy bien, tranquilo y sin esperas. En general ha sido positivo con algunas cosas que mejorar
Very small buffet, although everything was very tasty, it had a bit of everything but for being a 4-star if you stay more than 3 nights it falls short and is somewhat boring. I missed that with all the land it has, they don't offer the option to dine outside. And some entertainment was also missed.
Buffet muy pequeño, aunque todo muy rico, tenía un poco de todo pero para ser un 4 estrellas si vas más de 3 noches se queda corto y algo aburrido. He echado en falta con todo el terreno que tiene que no den opción a cenar afuera. Y algo de animación también se echó en falta.
