Personal amable y buena ubicación.
The room lacks maintenance. The toilet cistern came loose, the shower does not stay well attached to the wall and is lowered, the body soap was stuck and I had to disassemble it to be able to pour soap. I think that for a 4 star hotel it lacks maintenance. The food is cheap buffet and not very good.
La habitación le falta mantenimiento. La cisterna del WC se soltó, la ducha no se queda bien sujeta en la pared y se baja, el jabón de cuerpo estaba atascado y tube que desmontarlo para poder servirme jabón. Creo que para un 4 estrellas le falta mantenimiento. La comida es de buffet barato y no muy bueno.

Hubo una falta de información entre departamento de recepción y el servicio de restauración. Avisamos de 2 personas con intolerancias alimentarias, por supuesto previamente por email, y no llegó la información al restaurante, con lo que llevo un largo tiempo de espera en el servicio.
