They are not prepared for people with intolerances, the waitresses made me feel like a picky eater when I asked for products. On the last day, the chef came out and spoke to me to apologize and tell me that he didn't know anything. If you are in my situation, ask to speak with the head chef and have him solve the problem.
No estan preparados para personas con intolerancias,las camareras me hicieron sentir como caprichosa cuando pedia productos.
El ultimo día salio el cocinero y hablo conmigo para pedir disculpas y decirme que no sabia nada.
Si estais en mi caso pedir hablar con el jefe de cocina y que el os resuelva el problema.

El Hotel nos ha gustado mucho, todo muy limpio y cómodo; cerca de la playa, la zona estupenda para pasear y tomar algo por sus alrededores. La comida con mucha variedad y calidad.
They have open and exposed bottles of water and they charge you for it at the restaurant at dinner time. The entertainment should be greatly improved.
Que tengan botellas de agua abiertas y expuestas y te la cobren en el restaurante a la hora de la cena.
La animación la deberían de mejorar bastante.
