El alojamiento estupendo. No entiendo como tiene valoraciones tan malas por parte de los viajes del IMSERSO además de otros viajeros.
La ubicación buena a 150 metros de la playa. Las instalaciones bastante bien, el todo incluido con bebidas de marca , la animación variada , la comida buena, no muy variada pero había para todos los gustos, el personal agradable, la calidad-precio normal para lo que se ve hoy en día. En general muy satisfecha.

Por decir algo, deberían de echar un vistazo a los platos, vasos y cubiertos que salen limpios de la cocina antes de ponerlos a disposición de los clientes porque algunos no salen como deberían….

El Hotel muy bien. Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en familia y hemos disfrutado mucho. Salvo por un par de detalles bastante desagradables, todo ha estado muy bien. Habitación, comida, limpieza , animación y personal (con alguna excepción) muy bien.
Unfortunately, we had a couple of quite unpleasant experiences. One of them was with a rude waiter who spilled a cup of coffee on us, something that can happen to anyone, but instead of apologizing, he smiled and acted with very bad manners and very little education. The other incident was when we saw that someone had been going through the suitcases and bags in one of the rooms we had booked. Luckily, we didn't leave any valuables and nothing was taken.
A shame because most of the staff, both at the reception, restaurant, cafeteria, cleaning, entertainment, etc., were super nice and attentive to us.
Por desgracia tuvimos un par de experiencias bastante desagradables. Una de ellas fue con un camarero mal educado que nos tiró una taza de café encima, cosa que le puede pasar a cualquiera, pero que lejos de disculparse se sonrió actuando con muy malas formas y muy poca educación. El otro incidente fue al ver qué en una de las habitaciones que habíamos reservado alguien había estado registrado las maletas y los bolsos. Por suerte no dejamos cosas de valor y no sé llevaron nada.
Una lástima porque la mayoría del personal, tanto de recepción, restaurante, cafetería, limpieza, animación, etc, fueron super agradables y atentos con nosotros.

Nuestra estancia han resultado muy cortas por lo bien atendidos que hemos estado. El trato del personal es inmejorable, la comida es buena yo no he visto el menú tan repetitivo tienen menú suficiente para no tener que repetir, si repites es porque quieres. Habitación doble para dos personas dos camas de 135cms cada una buena limpieza dispone de secador de pelo y mini nevera. Para de autobuses frente al hotel para ir a Roquetas centro comercial GRAN PLAZA más cien tiendas tipo Toysrus, Bershka, Decimas, Sprinter, Mediamarkt, Leroy Merlín, Tous, H y M, Mango, Zara, Springfield, pull&bear, diez salas de cine, etc. Nosotros estuvimos régimen todo incluido, bebida de marca nada de garrafón o marcas desconocidas Cinzano, J B, DYC, Etc. Quiero Destacar a una persona del personal Yazmín por su simpatía y su sonrisa.
