Camas cómodas y vistas inmejorables.
I think it needs a change in the rooms and bathrooms, they have become outdated. For a 4-star hotel, the breakfast cold cuts are very average.
Creo que necesita un cambio en las habitaciones y baños se han quedado anticuadas. Para ser un 4 estrellas el fiambre del desayuno muy normalito.

La habitación era amplia, las vistas genial, la limpieza muy bien también. Nos pusieron una cuna para bebé al pedirla sin problema, incluso entramos a la habitación antes de la hora establecida en la reserva. Y la ubicación genial a unos 5 minutos de la playa más cercana
The room soundproofing is very poor, there are shows until 12 or 1 am and you can hear absolutely everything. The rooms next door are the same, and it's uncomfortable if you want to rest, especially with children. As for the food, there is a daily menu with several options and buffet style where you choose, there is not a great variety but it's good. Drinks are not included and must be paid for separately.
La insonorización de la habitación muy mala, hay espectáculos hasta las 12 o 1 am y se oye absolumente todo. Lo de las habitaciones de al lado igual y es incomodo si quieres descansar o más aún con niños. En cuanto a la comida, hay un menú por día con varias opciones y a modo bufet tu eliges, no hay gran variedad pero está bien. Las bebidas se pagan aparte

Lo que más me ha gustado es que está más o menos cerca de la playa ( unos 7 min andando )y que tienes un Mercadona al lado y otras tiendas también .
The cleanliness is improvable, I found a cigarette butt in the room and things in the bathroom, the food is of very poor quality, the waiters did not pass by all tables to order drinks, you found food thrown on the floor, etc. The standard double rooms are very old, probably they would have been luxurious in the 80s but not now, also in the bathroom the shampoo and gel were in sachets so you have to bring your own because otherwise it is not enough, (something you don't even see in 3-star hotels), the spa, despite being nicely renovated and functional, is very small so it would be convenient to allow a maximum of 3 people in. I had to leave early because suddenly a group of about 5 or 6 people entered and they were also quite rude and annoying, throwing water at those of us who were there, etc., so they should control the type of people they let in there. There should be more staff at reception, in the restaurant, and in the hotel in general, and they should also hire security personnel. I will not return to that hotel, and I would not recommend it to any friend or loved one. It is definitely worth spending more money and going to a decent hotel.
La limpieza es mejorable,me encontré una colilla en la habitación y cosas en el bater,la comida es de malísima calidad,los camareros no pasaban por todas las mesas para poder pedir bebidas,te encontrabas comida tirada por el suelo etc,las habitaciones dobles estándar son viejisimas,probablemente serían de lujo en los años 80 pero no ahora además en el año el champú y el gel era en sonrecitos por lo que tienes que llevarte el tuyo propio por qué sino no te llega,(algo que ni en hoteles de 3 estrellas ves )el spa a pesar de estar bien renovado bonito y funcional es muy pequeño por lo que sería conveniente que solo dejaran entrar un máximo de 3 personas .me tuve que salir antes porque entró derrepente un grupo de unas 5 o 6 personas y ellos además eran bastante maleducados y molestos ,echando agua a los que estábamos ahí, etc ..por lo que deberían de controlar que tipo de gente dejan entrar ahí.deberia de haber más personal en recepción, en el restaurante , y en el hotel en general ,y también deberían de contratar personal de seguridad .no volveré a ese hotel,y no se lo recomendaría a ningún amigo o ser querido.definitivamente merece la pena gastarse más dinero e ir a un hotel en condiciones.

Las vistas. La cama muy cómoda. La calidad de la comida, y las habitaciones a pesar de ser viejitas pues están bastante bien. El personal muy amable y profesional todos.
The hotel animation. The rooms, the furniture is very old. Little variety in the buffet for both lunch/dinner and breakfast, but of good quality. The spa is expensive for how small it is, but this is offset by its staff, who are absolutely charming and attentive to the requests and enjoyment of the customers.
La animación del hotel. Las habitaciones el mobiliario es muy viejo. Poca variedad en el buffet tanto para comer/cenar como para desayunar, pero de buena calidad. Spa caro para lo pequeño que es, pero lo suple su personal siendo absolutamente encantador y atentos a las peticiones y el disfrute de los clientes.

Al llegar al hotel nos encontramos un poquito de cola lo normal de un hotel tan grande,nos atendió Anabel una de las muchas recepcionistas del hotel que fue súper agradable y nos explicó todo muy bien,las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y quiero agradecer a Fátima por limpiar tan bien .
The buffet very poor for a 4-star but the french fries very good and fresh.
