This resort is not suitable for people with mobility issues as it is on a very steep hillside.

José es un gran animador para los nenes, se adapta a ellos, al horario a lo que les gusta, tiene muchos recursos.
Tuve que pagar 2 habitaciones y utilice solo una porque aunque mis hijos son pequeñitos de 4,6,6 años en busco un chollo no dan opción a tomar la habitación de 5 personas, es un desperdicio pagar 2 y solo utilizar una, me parece pesimo, porque además el alojamiento si que cuenta con habitaciones para 5 personas.

no es lo que esperaba, ya que al reservar en la web, escogi una foto que no es lo que correspondia,
debido a un error informatico en ese momento, cuando llegue me dieron otro tipo de alojamiento que yo no escogi al hacer la reserva, no es error mio, si no error de alguien que no colgo la foto correspondiente, pero no tuve mas remedio que alojarme en la tienda que me dieron, que yo no habia escogido.
la cafetera no funcionaba, por lo que no pude utilizar, y tomar un cafe solo en el bar, 3.50€ me parecio excesivo, cuando tampoco yo tenia la responsabilidad de que la cafetera no funcionaba.

La ubicación que tiene el resort, y la zona tranquila de la piscina.
Lo que nos sorprendió es la falta de limpieza del bungalow (paredes manchadas de mosquitos aplastados, polvo, vidrios sucios y hasta nos encontramos un vaso en el lavavajillas con moho de los anteriores huéspedes cosa que dejó el bungalow con una olor desagradable... al comebtar todo esto nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada porque era una reserva hecha a través de otro portal y no directamente con ellos, cosa que nos pareció una falta de responsabilidad grande.

La zona de la piscina,un buen sitio para relajarte.
I went in August and in the room you could barely sleep because of the heat, they have an air conditioning unit but with that heat it doesn't help much, besides it makes noise. In September for sure it's more enjoyable.
Fui en agosto y en la habitación apenas podías dormir del calor, tienen un aparato de aire pero con ese calor no te soluciona mucho, además que hace ruido. En setiembre seguro que se disfruta mejor.
