Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

The staff of the resort are very friendly and helpful especially the master chef Jordi and his team composed of Santi, Veronica, Facundo and Laura
This resort is not suitable for people with mobility issues as it is on a very steep hillside.

With the cleaning issue, we have had a few setbacks, the drawers had crumbs from other customers, the sofa bed had dirty sheets from previous tenants, and the day we had to check out at 11, the cleaning staff has been outside since 9 in the morning "banging" on the accommodation's exterior, we don't know if it was to clean or literally to drive us out. Another aspect to consider is that the shower gels were not restocked and we had to request for them to be refilled.
Con el tema de la limpieza hemos tenido algún que otro contratiempo, los cajones tenían migajas de otros clientes, el sofá cama estaba con las sábanas sucias de inquilinos anteriores y el día que teníamos que hacer el check out a las 11 el personal de limpieza ha estado des de las 9 de la mañana “aporreando” el exterior del alojamiento no sabemos con qué fin si de limpiar o de literalmente echarnos.
Otro aspecto a tener en cuenta es que los geles de ducha no estaban repuestos y tuvimos que solicitar nosotras que los rellenaran.

La ubicación és excepcional. La comida del restaurante y buffet de desayuno són de buena calidad.
Tent rooms are very hot and the air conditioning is very noisy. The bathrooms do not have air conditioning and the temperature gets very high.
Las habitaciones en tiendas de campaña son muy calurosas y el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso. Los cuartos de baño no disponen de aire acondicionado y se acumula muy alta temperatura.

There was poor organization, arriving after 11:00 pm to locate the room/car park was chaotic. It would be good if the cabins had a little more privacy with more closed or taller fences, as they face the path where all the guests pass by.

Una experiencia excelente en todos los aspectos. El personal de recepción fue servicial, rápido y resolutivo desde el primer momento (muchas gracias a Jan, Lorena e Ignasi). El equipo de animación se deja la piel con los más pequeños, siempre con una sonrisa y mucha energía (Jose, te ganaste a nuestro pequeño desde el minuto uno y Javi, gracias por todas las actividades que hicimos juntos. Nuestro pequeño no para de preguntar por tí). La comida, tanto el desayuno como al medio día, estaba realmente buena, tanto arroces como pescados y sobre todo carnes (Xavi, muchas gracias de corazón por vuestro servicio). Las habitaciones muy nuevas, bien conservadas y limpísimas. Las instalaciones en general muy cuidadas, y la piscina… simplemente maravillosa. Repetiremos sin duda. Muchas gracias también al resto del personal (el botones, cocinero, personal de limpieza, camareros, etc. Siento no acordarme de los nombres!)

The air conditioning in the duplex bungalows has a problem at least mine. The compressor is installed on what would be the hook of the mobile home. El ecoresort está ubicado en un entorno idílico (Begur), rodeado de calas muy bonitas, puedes hacer excursiones a pie por el Camí de Ronda y disfrutar de buenos restaurantes. La piscina no es demasiado grande pero durante nuestra estancia no había mucha gente y hemos podido disfrutar de ella. En todo el recinto encuentras tiradores de agua fría filtrada (gratuita).
El restaurante ofrece bastante variedad y calidad, pero no me dieron opciones diferentes para mis intolerancias, solo descartar los productos que contienen los alérgenos. (destacar que hay opción de pan sin gluten y bebidas vegetales en el desayuno)
Inside the (glamping) tent it was very hot during the day, you couldn't even stay with the air conditioning on. It was much better at night. The private bathroom is outside, which is a bit uncomfortable to go out at night. When using the shower, the water would come out and flood the entire bathroom floor.
The ecoresort is in a natural area with many inclines (ramps and stairs) and it is a bit expensive to go up and down several times a day, especially when it's very hot.
We stayed with Half Board and the dinner menu was the same both nights.
Dentro de la tienda (glamping) hacia muchísimo calor durante el día, no se podía estar ni con el aire acondicionado. Durante la noche se estaba mucho mejor. El baño privado está fuera, cosa que resulta un poco incomoda para salir durante la noche. Al usar la ducha, se salía el agua y encharcaba todo el suelo del baño.
El ecoresort está en una zona natural con muchos desniveles (rampas y escaleras) y es un poco costoso subir y bajar varias veces al día, sobretodo cuando hace mucho calor.
Estuvimos alojados con media pensión y el menú de la cena fue el mismo las dos noches
