Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
Babies from 0 to 1 year old:
- The first baby stays for free when sharing a bed with 2 adults.
- If you wish to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us to confirm availability.
Children from 2 to 11 years old:
- The first child benefits from a 75% discount.
- The second child benefits from a 50% discount.
- From 13/06/2025 to 09/09/2025, both children receive a 50% discount.
Important: Child discounts apply only when sharing a room with 2 adults or 2 guests paying the adult rate.
Pool View Rooms:
- Children aged 2 to 11 have the same discount structure but an additional nightly surcharge applies:
- 1st child: approximately €3/night
- 2nd child: approximately €5/night
From 13/06/2025 to 09/09/2025, both children pay approximately €5/night
Combined Date Periods:
- If your stay overlaps different discount periods, the most restrictive condition (i.e. the lowest discount) will apply to the full stay.
Example: For a stay from 12 to 18 June, the first child will receive a 50% discount instead of 75%.
Room occupancy:
- The maximum occupancy per room is 4 people.
- The hotel does not allow a fifth person, regardless of age.
Single occupancy:
- A single room has a surcharge of approximately 30% of the price per person in a double room. This may vary depending on the dates selected and will be reflected in the final price of your booking.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- Only one pet per room.
- Good to know: Your pet will only be allowed in the room and reception area, as long as it is on a leash.
- Please note that you will not be able to accompany you to the hotel's main areas, such as the restaurant, lounges, bar and pool areas.

- The first meal included is lunch, and, therefore, the last meal included is breakfast.

The Aquafun park is scheduled to open on the following dates in 2025:
- Open every day, from April 11 to April 19 and from June 06 to September 07 (both included)
- From May 1 to June 5 and from September 8 until the end of season, open only on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

- For security reasons, the minimum height is 1.20m
- The maximum weight allowed is 110kgs.
- Park Opening hours are from 11:00h to 19:30h (subject to change and weather conditions).

Los empleados en general son geniales y super amables, el parque acuático divertido a falta de alguna atracción más.
The room was not bad although a bit outdated (or at least that's the feeling it gives, maybe because of the type of furniture), I didn't like finding a cable in the door frame leading to the balcony, and the bathroom needs an update, painting the bathroom tiles doesn't seem bad to me, but at least they should do it with more care and detail.
The dining room needs an update and a little pampering, the hot food was good but I missed a bit more variety.
I didn't like finding a broken manhole cover or hatch exposing cables in the same space as the pool next to the main living room.
La habitación no estaba mal aunque un poco anticuada (o al menos es la sensación que da, será por el tipo de muebles), no me gustó encontrarme un cable en el marco de la puerta que da al balcón, y al baño le hace falta una actualización, que le pinten los azulejos al baño no me parece mal, pero al menos que lo hagan con más cuidado y detalle.
El comedor necesita una actualización y un poco de mimo, la comida caliente estaba buena pero eche en falta algo más de variedad.
No me gustó encontrarme una arqueta o registro con la tapa rota dejando al aireos cables en el mismo espacio de la piscina que resta junto al salón principal.

Mis hijas de 7 años han disfrutado muchísimo en el aquafun;la habitación muy bien y las camas enormes y muy cómodas,la comida en el restaurante variada y muy rica,y los snacks de la piscina en la misma linea,sin duda el año que viene volveremos.
The umbrellas in the aquafun do not provide good sun protection, there is no place with good shade reserved for older or vulnerable people; we had all-inclusive but there are many snacks that are not included in the aquafun bar, however, you pay for them at half price...

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la zona de piscina con toboganes, muy divertido. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. La comida buffet variada. Todos los días hubo animación, tanto para grandes como para pequeños. El hotel se encuentra en una urbanización tranquila con amplias zonas verdes. La playa está cerca.
The door leading to the hallway does not isolate anything and you can hear all the noises when someone walks by. A lot of people during the buffet hour.
