Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies aged 0 to 1: 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with 2 adults.
- Children aged 2 to 11: 1st child stays with 75% discount and 2nd child with 50% discount.
- If you travel from June 27 to September 13: both the 1st and 2nd child benefit from a 50% discount.
- In case your stay includes periods with different types of discounts, the most restrictive one will always apply. That is: if you stay from September 12 to September 15, children from 2 to 11 years old will benefit from a 50% discount.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Over the maximum capacity of the rooms:
- Are you travelling with children? The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children + 1 baby per room.
- Are you all adults? The maximum capacity is 4 adults per room.
- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 25€ per night and may vary depending on the dates of your booking. You will see it reflected during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

Pet Policy

A 2 minutos de la playa . El hotel está muy bien , el buffet de desayuno es muy variado , las comidas y la cenas están bien .Muy bien el servicio de plancha , por la mañana hacen bikinis , crepes y al mediodia y noche carnes a la plancha.
The waits for the elevator are a bit frustrating if you go during peak season and meal times. Be careful, the Spa has cold water, we felt ripped off because they made us buy swim caps to enter and we couldn't stay more than 5 minutes since the water was frozen. I mentioned it at the front desk and they ignored me. "IS IT LIKE THIS"... since when is the water colder in a Spa than outside?
Las esperas para el ascensor desesperan un poco si vas en temporada alta y en las horas de las comidas .
Cuidado el Spa es agua fría , nos sentimos estafados por que nos hicieron comprar gorros de baño para entrar y no pudimos estar mas de 5 minutos ya que el agua estaba congelada .
Lo comenté en recepción y me ignoraron . " Es ASÍ "...desde cuando un Spa el agua está mas fría que la de fuera ???
