Recientemente hice una reserva para este hotel, las reseñas sobre la comida y el acceso a la playa eran preocupantes. Y efectivamente la comida era pésima y la cena mejor ni hablar. Hice una queja a mi agencia de viajes (Buscounchollo.com) y esa misma noche mi agencia hablo con el hotel. Al día siguiente hubo un cambió radical, el desayuno bien, la comida con variedad y buen punto en cada uno de los platos.
El servicio de habitaciones está muy bien, al igual que el servicio de restauración en general👍.
Las plazas de estacionamiento son de agradecer ..
El único pero que se podría poner es el del acceso a la playa, zonas de paseo y a servicios varios, como: super, bares, etc.. ya que para todo hay que coger el coche. Hay que tener en cuenta que por esta zona hay 🏨 de 4* que están a 4 o 5 km de la playa y servicios varios... Al final no fue mala la experiencia... pero la próxima vez buscaré algo que se adapté mejor para mí familia..

Estepona es una ciudad preciosa llena de flores y árboles por todas sus avenidas y plazas.
Ambiente agradable y sus playas son tranquilas.
Es un hotel pequeño,acogedor y limpio.
Su personal es inmejorable,en todo momento pendiente de los huéspedes y queriendo agradar en todo.
Necesita mejorar el buffet es pequeño,aunque su calidad es buena.
Pero si vas buscando el buffet de un gran hotel,este no es tu hotel.
Otro detalle, aunque el personal que me atendió era maravilloso en el trato y diligente en todos los aspectos se nota falta de personal.

El trato recibido por el personal del hotel fantástico destacando a DANI una persona excepcional nos hizo sentir que estábamos como entre familia no quiero olvidarme tampoco de Virginia muy simpática y atenta siempre voy a hoteles de 4 estrellas y la primera vez que vamos a uno de 2 estrellas y salimos encantados.
Por mencionar algo los muebles son bastante antiguos pero cumplen con su función eso si los cuadros de los pasillos los echaría al fuego directamente.

El hotel está reformado y la habitación muy amplia y aunque daba a la parte trasera hemos estado muy tranquilos sin el ruido de la autovía, el trato del personal ha sido correcto, y la comida bien aunque no muy variada.
Creo que se merece una estrella más
It has no direct access from the front but a walkway four minutes walk out the back to reach a very quiet beach but with many rocks.
No tiene acceso directo por la parte delantera pero una pasarela a cuatro minutos andando saliendo por detrás para llegar a una playa muy tranquila pero con muchas rocas.
