Activities
Excursion to the Island of Ons
- Departures from Portonovo: 11:00h, 12:00h, and 16:30h
- Return times: 17:30h and 19:30h
Once you receive your holiday documentation, we’ll provide you with an email address where you’ll need to send your personal details and preferred day and time for the excursion. You’ll then receive your activity voucher by email.
Important: You must contact us and send your information within 24 hours of completing your booking. The boat to Ons Island departs from the Port of Portonovo, and you'll need to travel there on your own.
Pets
- The Island of Ons is a protected Natural Park, which means that no animal or plant species may be brought onto the island.
- Pets are not allowed during the visit.

- Babies from 0 to 1: the first one stays for free, sharing bed with two adults in double rooms. Should you stay with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here, so that we can check if it is possible.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they share the room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- The maximum room occupancy is 2 people + a baby. Please note: The accommodation does not admit a third person in the same room, neither adults nor children.
The single occupancy surcharge is approximately 10%, already applied to the prices displayed during the booking process.

Mi estancia de lo más agradable, la atención de camareros y recepcionista excepcional. Cuando Llegamos nos dieron dos suite , porque por tema de un error informático en nuestra reserva no podían darnos dos habitaciones juntas y por eso nos dieron una suite para mis amigos y otra para mí con sala de estar dos baños, dos Televisores cada habitación etc !! .
