La ubicación es excepcional, a un paso de la playa y con vistas al mar.
La comida estaba buena y era casera.
El bar en la piscina es un punto positivo.
El trato del personal fue bueno.
The room cleaning could be improved.
The snacks included had a limited schedule (11:00 to 18:00) and you had to order them at the bar where they would make them for you (hot dogs, pizza, hamburgers, nuggets, and fries) instead of self-service; you had to wait in line for them.
The buffet was very limited, with only 6 dishes and quite repetitive, but what little there was tasted good.
The pool was only open until 7.
Rooms had defects and broken faucets.
They ran out of food and drinks.
There was no entertainment (out of the 5 days I was there, there was live music for only 3 days, for an hour and a half each).
The dining room had no air conditioning and was very hot.
La limpieza de las habitaciones podria mejorar.
Los snacks del todo incluido tenian un horario reducido(11:00 a 18:00) y tenias que pedirlo en la barra y alli te lo hacian ( perritos, pizza, hamburguesa, nuggets y patatas fritas) no es que tu vas y lo coges, tienes que hacer cola y que te lo hagan.
El buffet era muy escaso , 6 platos contados y bastante repetitivo , pero lo poco que habia estaba rico.
La piscina con horario abierta solo hasta las 7
Habitaciones con desperfectos y grifos rotos.
Se quedaban sin género de comida y bebidas
No tiene animación ( de 5 dias que fui solo 3 hubo cante en directo 1 hora y media)
En el comedor no hay aire y hacia mucho calor

They should really improve the cleanliness. I stayed for 6 days and the dining room floor was never mopped, there were always the same stains, I guess they just sweep and nothing else. Also, the room cleaning schedule overlaps with nap time. They should improve the cleanliness because the hotel is good.
Pues deverian mejorar mucho la limpieza. Estuve 6 dias y el comedor el suelo ni lo fregaron siempre estaban las mismas manchas supongo que barren y nada mas Tambien el horario de limpiar las

La playa muy cerca, buena piscina, el personal muy atento y aunque en la zona de terraza estaban bastante limitados de personal en algunos momentos, lo suplian con trabajo y amabilidad. La comida buena pero echo en falta más variedad. Se aparca sin problemas en la cercanía del hotel.
It is a hotel that is still under construction in some areas, and that is very noticeable in the elevators and access to the car park lot. Although the air conditioning was working in the rooms, there was none in the reception area and it was surchargeed by leaving the doors open to create a draft. In the dining room, there were fans to mitigate the heat. I must say that despite not feeling hot, these areas should have been air-conditioned. The rooms had a safe and a small fridge at no extra charge. I didn't like that the bathroom door was not completely opaque and that the electrical outlets were placed in unrealistic areas like on the ceiling. It doesn't make sense.
All of these details did not make our stay unpleasant, but they need to address them in order for this hotel to truly be a 4-star establishment.
The location is good if you are looking for the beach, but like all of La Manga, getting out or going to other areas by car feels endless due to the single road that connects everything, with urban areas having a maximum speed limit of 50 and 20 km per hour.
Es un hotel que aún está en obras en algunas zonas, y eso se nota mucho eb los ascensores y en acceso al parking.
Aunque el aire acondicionado funcionaba en las habitaciones, en
la recepción no había y se suplia con las puertas abiertas haciendo corriente. En el comedor había ventiladores para mitigar el calor. En todo esto he de decir que no se pasaba calor pero esas zonas tenían que estar climatizadas. Las habitaciones , bien caja de seguridad y nevera pequeña sin cargo. No me gustó la puerta del baño no fuera totalmente opaca y los enchufes colocados en zonas inverosímiles como en el techo. Un sin sentido.
Todas estos detalles no han echo que nuestra estancia no haya sido buena, pero han de solucionarlo para que este hotel sea realmente un 4 estrellas.
La ubicación está bien si buscas, la playa, pero como toda la Manga, la salida o ir a otras zonas en coche , se hace eterna con la única carretera que comunica todo y que al ser urbana zonas de 50 y de 20 km hora máximo.

Podrían mejorar la animación (muy escasa), los postres (repetitivos e insulsos), la instalación eléctrica (se fue la luz de la habitación en tres ocasiones por la noche, no volviendo hasta la mañana siguiente ,,)y que no falten productos ofertados en el todo incluido.

La ubicación está genial, zona muy tranquila y cerca de las playas. Para aparcar no hay ningún problema en la misma puerta se puede hasta en pleno agosto. La comida del bufet está muy buena, aunque no tengan mucha variedad está muy bien. Las piscinas están muy cuidadas. Los snacks del todo incluido están muy buenos y con varias cosas para elegir. El personal es muy amable
The triple room is not triple, it is double with an extra bed squeezed into a corner even if it means blocking the hallway. It's a bit uncomfortable, as it should have 3 of everything. In the snacks, I would add some healthy options, like fruit, just as they display pastries at the counter. In the pool area, I would add one more lifeguard to watch over the large pool so that the same person is not watching over both the Water Slides pool and the large pool. I would also place a few more trash cans.
La habitación triple no es triple, es doble y le añaden una cama supletoria en un rincón aunque se coma el pasillo. Eso es un poco incomodo, pues debería tener 3 de todo. En los snacks añadiría alguna opción saludable, como fruta igual que sacan la bollería a la barra. En la parte de las piscinas añadiría un socorrista mas vigilando la piscina grande para que el mismo no esté vigilando la de los toboganes y la piscina grande. También pondría alguna papelera más.

Todo incluido no reponen cuando hay falta de algún alimento o bebida.

É bem sossegado, dá para andar a pé pela zona. Funcionários incríveis, sempre disponíveis para ajudar e muito simpáticos. . Piscina espaçosa e com escorrega para as crianças, sempre com vigilância por parte de funcionários do hotel. Não é difícil encontrar estacionamento junto ao hotel.
Room cleaning is terrible, damaged, hand sink clogged, broken dryer, trash can full of rust, bathtub glass without rubber seal, whenever I took a shower the bathroom flooded, once they didn't clean the room and I didn't have towels, I complained and still had to walk around the hotel with the towels because there were no staff to deliver them to the room... in fact, for a 4☆ hotel it doesn't have a pleasant smell, the corridors always smelled like food, little variety in meals, 7 days eating melon and watermelon at all three meals, there was never any other fruit available. The hotel is located at kilometer 14, far from the touristic area, which is at the beginning of the sholiday, 2 elevators that take an eternity, luckily I stayed on the 2nd floor and used the stairs. Infernal heat in the dining room, air conditioning broken all 7 days I was at the hotel. They had 3 standing fans to cool the room. Very poor entertainment, no activities during the day, at night until 11pm very limited to a few songs on the microphone.
Limpeza dos quartos é péssima, estragado, lavatório das mãos entupido, secador partido, balde do lixo cheio de ferrugem, vidro da banheira sem a borracha para vedar, sempre que tomava banho inundava o wc, uma vez não limparam o quarto e eu não tinha toalhas, fui reclamar e ainda tive de ir pelo hotel fora com as toalhas porque não tinham funcionários para me irem entregar as toalhas ao quarto... aliás para um hotel 4☆ não tem um cheiro agradável, nos corredores sempre cheirava a comida, pouca variedade nas refeições, 7 dias a comer melão e melancia nas três refeições, nunca houve outra fruta disponível. Hotel fica no quilómetro 14, bem distante da zona que se pode considerar turística, que é no início da manga, 2 elevadores que demoram uma eternidade, valeu ter ficado no 2 andar e ia pelas escadas. Um calor infernal na sala de refeições, ac avariados os 7 dias que estive no hotel. Tinham 3 ventoinhas de pé a climatizar a sala. Animação muito fraca, de dia não havia, de noite até às 23h algo muito limitado a umas canções no microfone.
