Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 3 * Hotel is 0.66 € per person and night.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Pets are allowed in the hotel: from May 24 to September 13, 2025. Outside these dates the hotel does not accept pets.
- Maximum weight: No weight limit!
- Price: from 24/5/25 to 30/6/25 included: 13€/night and pet. From 01/07/25 to 31/8/25 included: 16€/night and pet and from 01/9/25 to 13/9/25 included: 13€/night and pet.
- Please let the accommodation know in advance that you will be travelling with a pet. A maximum of one pet can sleep in each room. Pets are only allowed in the room, except when the cleaning staff is doing their chores. Pets are not allowed in the main areas (reception, dining room, swimming pool, lounge, etc.), only to access the room or to leave the hotel, and must be leashed. The day of check-out you must leave the hotel at 10:00h because pets are not allowed in the main areas.
- The pet may not use the bathroom or the bathtub/shower to relieve itself; and it is not allowed to use hotel towels or sheets for grooming. The pet is not allowed to climb on the beds. In case of an accident with another animal or a person, the hotel will not be held responsible for legal purposes.

The hotel is a disaster, old, ancient, DIRTY, rusty. The rooms are terrible, the bathroom is run-down, everything moves, the bidet, the toilet seat, etc. There is dust everywhere. Everything is dirty, the cleaning service is "SHINING" by its absence. The terrace chairs are broken and dirty. The mirrors are very dirty. The dining room is very limited, little variety in the meals and of poor quality, etc, etc, etc.
El hotel es un desastre, viejo, antiguo, SUCIO, oxidado. Las habitaciones pesimas, el baño está destartalado, todo se mueve, el bidet, la tapa del wc,etc. Hay polvo por todos los sitios. Todo esta sucio, el servicio de limpieza "BRILLA" por su ausencia. Las sillas de la terraza, estan rotas y sucias.Los espejos muy sucios.El comedor muy limitado, poca variedad en las comidas y de pobre calidad , etc, etc, etc

Hemos viajado 5 personas, el hotel calidad precio está muy bien, la limpieza de las habitaciones bien, si es cierto que necesitaría un reforma en general de la habitación pero está bien, no hay secador de pelo, la comida estaba muy buena, alguna cosa repetitiva cada día pero buena, los postres son casi los mismos ( tendría que poner picada de ajo perejil y aceite de oliva, para las sardinas que hicieron a la plancha y para las navajas que hicieron a la plancha también ) la piscina el agua muy limpia y y las tumbonas marrones muy cómodas, la cerveza y refrescos muy bien de precio a 2€ para ser en un hotel, la animación super guay sobre todo Mireia que es un amor de persona y muy profesional en su trabajo muy recomendada para trato de niñ@s
The service that I don't find fair is that animals can stay but can't walk through any space in the hotel, from the street to the room. I have been to other hotels with pet accommodation services and they have had dogs and cats in the main areas except for the dining room, which is reasonable. That's what I didn't like about the hotel because you would see people with their animals outside the hotel on the street in the heat.
El servicio que no veo justo es el de que pueden alojarse animales pero no pueden andar por ningún espacio del hotel, de la calle a la habitación, yo he ido a otros hoteles con servicio de alojamiento para animales y los perretes y gatos y los han tenido en las zonas comunes menos en el comedor que eso es razonable, es lo que no me ha gustado del hotel porque veías a la gente con los animales fuera del hotel en la calle con la calor que hacia.

Nos hemos sorprendido gratamente por este hotel de 3 estrellas, las comidas no hay mucha variedad pero lo que hay está súper rico, los horarios un poco pronto para las horas de comidas española pero nada exagerado.
Tenían actividades gratuitas diarias para los huéspedes del hotel (caiac, excursiones, etc). Mireia la animadora super simpática, en general el personal muy bueno todo, sin duda nos hemos sorprendido para bien en este hotel de 3 estrellas que supera a algunos de 4.
The room cleaning could be improved (the bathroom bin was a bit dirty, a plastic spoon in the cupboard) but nothing too exaggerated.
The check-out time is very early (10am).

- Que haya cafetera de café molido también está muy bien, ya que el otro café está un poco regulero :S
- They could put a large clock in the pool.
