Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 3 * Hotel is 0.66 € per person and night.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Pets are allowed in the hotel: from May 24 to September 13, 2025. Outside these dates the hotel does not accept pets.
- Maximum weight: No weight limit!
- Price: from 24/5/25 to 30/6/25 included: 13€/night and pet. From 01/07/25 to 31/8/25 included: 16€/night and pet and from 01/9/25 to 13/9/25 included: 13€/night and pet.
- Please let the accommodation know in advance that you will be travelling with a pet. A maximum of one pet can sleep in each room. Pets are only allowed in the room, except when the cleaning staff is doing their chores. Pets are not allowed in the main areas (reception, dining room, swimming pool, lounge, etc.), only to access the room or to leave the hotel, and must be leashed. The day of check-out you must leave the hotel at 10:00h because pets are not allowed in the main areas.
- The pet may not use the bathroom or the bathtub/shower to relieve itself; and it is not allowed to use hotel towels or sheets for grooming. The pet is not allowed to climb on the beds. In case of an accident with another animal or a person, the hotel will not be held responsible for legal purposes.

Pides habitación con cama de matrimonio y son dos camas individuales juntas una más alta que la otra. Ruidosas que cada vez que te movías se enteraba el vecino de al lado.
Las almohadas finas como una hoja de papel.
El lavabo todo el santo día y noche sonando el agua al caer.
La comida pasable, muy poca variedad.
Poner hígado como opción en la parrilla, no sé quién come hígado...
Lo mejor el desayuno.
No controlar que la gente grite y pegue portazos toda la noche, las dos últimas noches hemos dormido fatal por ese motivo.

El personal muy amable.
The hotel is very dirty, rooms are quite dirty, there were even hairs in the bathtub when we arrived. On Sundays, they already warn you that they don't even clean the rooms. The food is quite repetitive and not very good. We didn't even dare to eat the grilled fish because of how it looked. They close the pool at 7:00 pm, and the lifeguard warns you at 6:30, picking up the sunbeds around you so you leave. Overall, everything is pretty bad.
El Hotel muy sucio, habitaciones bastante sucias, había hasta pelos en la bañera cuando llegamos, Los domingos ya te avisan que ni limpian las habitaciones.
La comida bastante repetitiva y no muy buena. No nos atrevimos ni a comer el pescado que hacían a la plancha por la pinta que tenía.
A las 19:00 cierran la piscina y el socorrista a las 18:30 avisándote y recogiendo las tumbonas a tu alrededor para que te fueras.
En general bastante mal todo.

A sido un desastre, la primera noche , nos goteaba la maquina del aire , tuvimos que apartar la cama porque sino nos caía el agua en la cama, tuvimos que poner en cubo de la basura y toda la noche oyendo las gotas y sin aire.
Primero vinieron y volvió a gotear,
Nos volvimos a quejar, y cuando vinieron dejaron toda la bañera sucia.
La segunda noche el aire funcionaba, pero nos dejaron sin mando y a 17 grados.
Sobre las 19 de la tarde, hubo un corte de agua, que según unos huéspedes, que llevaban días allí, pasaba casi cada día.
No vamos a volver a este hotel.

The cleaning staff should look up the meaning of cleanliness in the dictionary.

En todo el tiempo de estancia ni se dignaron a entra en la terraza no sé si tenían miedo a una insolación o directamente ni sabían que existía l a terraza
Las camas solo las estiran de mala manera las toallas ni las cambian
El agua de la ducha es una sorpresa o sale ardiendo o salen cubitos de hielo en un instante o directamente ni sale agua
La luz otro tanto de lo mismo con suerte funciona
