The air conditioning in the room was not working, as verified by the hotel maintenance, however they did not change our room, instead they gave us a fan.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. El buffet deja mucho que desear. Mala calidad y poca variedad, apenas habia fruta. Habitacion con manchas de humedad, poca limpieza, paredes sucias, falta pintar. En el comedor gente comiendo sin camiseta!

El personal muy atento, las habitaciones renovadas y cómodas, mejor elegir las que no dan a las piscinas si quieres descansar bien.
Unfortunately, these hotels also attract a lot of young English, German, and French tourists who come without manners or respect for basic rules, they don't understand what rest hours are, and they are not good at queuing. Such a shame.

La piscina de los niños y los toboganes de agua, cuando iban, ya que se estropean cada dia. Las señoras de limpieza muy amables y las del comedor tambien muy atentas
The overall cleanliness!!! The large pool was full of hair, we asked the lifeguard to bring a skimmer to remove a hairball and he refused, allowed smoking in the pool area (which is prohibited), it was full of plastic cups and people eating. The reception girls were very dull, we asked them for hotel car park (paying), they had plenty of free spaces as our room faced the car park lot but they said they didn't have any. And car park is a nightmare around there. In the end, we found car park (check rates at reception) 15 minutes' walk from the hotel, and had to renew the ticket every 4 hours. The area was full of hotels and a lot of garbage, the streets smelled really bad.
La limpieza en general!!! La piscina grande estaba llena de pelos, le comentamos al socorrista que traiga un salabre para sacar una bola de pelo y se negó,dejaba fumar en la zona de piscina( que esta prohibido) estaba todo lleno de vasos de plastico y gente comiendo. Las chicas de recepcion muy sosas, les pedimos porfavor parking en el hotel( pagando) tenian bastantes sitios libres ya que nuestra habitacion daba al parking pero nos decian que no tenian. Y aparcar es una locura por alli. Al final encontramos aparcamiento de pago a 15 min andando del hotel, y cada 4horas a renovar el tiket.La zona llena de hoteles, y mucha mucha basura, las calles olían muy mal.
