La zona de la piscina esta muy bien, el buffet genial, estas dos se nota que han reformado todo esto, y la cama también.
The cleaning was poor, the air conditioning was terrible, the shower didn't close properly, and the sink didn't drain well.

Comida muy bien, lo unico es que eramos varios que no nos iban en las habitaciones el aire acondicionado, nosotros porque solo era una noche, oero para mas tiempo no seria factible, hacia mucha calor.

En realidad diría que han abierto el Hotel sin repasar los desperfectos. Nos han dado una habitación SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO y hemos pasado una mala noche, demasiado CALOR y sin poder abrir las ventanas porque entraban los mosquitos, la comida un poco justa la verdad y la piscina la cerraron a las 13h por Sanidad. Lo único bueno es la atención del personal que intentan solucionar pero escapa de sus manos. En conclusión, a éste hotel no volveremos.

La comida muy buena y el personal muy atento.
Room without A.C. Bathroom with very old bathtub. The power went out one whole night and we couldn't sleep, as my wife and I use CPAP machines that require electricity to function, and the night shift staff had no clue where the switches were, it wasn't until the morning staff came in that some rooms had light. The only solution they offered was to apologize. They should have finished the renovations before reopening.
Habitación sin A. A. Baño con bañera muy viejo. Se fue la luz una noche entera y no pudimos dormir, ya que mi mujer y yo dormimos con cpap y funcionan con electricidad, y los del turno de noche no tenian ni idea de donde estaban los interruptores, hasta que no entraron los de la mañana no hubo luz en algunas habitaciones. Y la unica solución que nos dieron era que lo sentian mucho. Tenian qué haber terminado las reformas antes de reinagurar.

La comida del bufet, porque es variada y disponen de alguna opción de comida saludable aunque eran pocas. El personal de recepción muy amable y educado.
Regarding the rooms, we didn't have air conditioning for 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. We complained but they didn't provide a solution since that weekend many people stayed and the air conditioning in the whole hotel collapsed.
As for the waiters at the buffet, they lack a lot of experience. You get up for 2 minutes (literally) from the table to get food and they have already cleared it without asking (even the drink you've already paid for). This happened every time we went to eat.
Regarding the room cleaning, they are very disorganized with the schedules. One day they come to clean at 9 in the morning and on another day, they don't show up until 3:30 pm. We had to ask them to come on 3 occasions.
Finally, we arrived and the gym was under construction despite it being June and high season, they don't indicate this anywhere before booking.
Respecto a las habitaciones, no tuvimos aire acondicionado 2 noches de 3 que estuvimos. Nos quejamos y no nos pusieron solución ya que ese finde semana se alojo mucha gente y se colapsó el aire acondicionado de todo el hotel.
Respecto a los camareros del bufet libre, les falta mucha experiencia, te levantas 2 minutos (literal) de la mesa a coger comida y ya te la han recogido sin preguntar ( incluso la bebida que ya has pagado) nos pasó en todas las ocasiones que fuimos a comer.
En cuanto a la limpieza de las habitaciones, muy desorganizados con los horarios, un día te vienen a limpiar a las 9 de la mañana y otro hasta las 15;30 no aparecen. Tuvimos que pedir en 3 ocasiones que pasaran.
Por último, llegamos y el gimnasio en obras pese a ser junio y temporada alta, no lo indican en ningún lado antes de coger la reserva
