La comida era buena si llegabas a tiempo, las trabajadoras muy amables
They assigned us a room directly above the air-conditioning units; the noise was unbearable and the hot air they blew made the balcony unusable and prevented us from opening the sliding door. On the day we arrived the floor hadn’t been mopped — I was travelling with a crawling baby and their knees and feet ended up black. Hemos estado 5 días en Alegría el Mar 4*sup, desde el minuto 1, la amabilidad de todo el personal es increíble, especial mención a las chicas de recepción, con una atención al cliente y una resolución de problemas del 100%, felicidades!!! Y la copita de champán nos sento genial, jeje.
Tanto en el comedor, como en las habitaciones, el servicio y la atención excelente.
La comida aunque había variacion( no mucho, pero sí suficiente), calidad muy buena, tanto la que hacían los chicos al momento como la que sacaban, productos buenas y bien trabajados. Omaida se preocupo de buscarme leche de avena e ir hasta el almacén, muchas gracias, el encargado y una chica morena con una amplia sonrisa(creo que se llama Mónica) tbm genial. En algún momento falta algo de personal para preparar las mesas, sobre todo en hora punta, pero en general super.
Las habitaciones nuevas, confortables y muy cómodas, el único pero que el armario es abierto y carece un poco de intimidad en cuanto a tus pertenencias, aunque a nosotros tampoco nos ha preocupado mucho.
Marilina y las chicas de animación tbm super bien.
Ha sido una gran experiencia, nos ha encantado tanto el hotel como el personal.
Muy agradecidos por todo, y mención especial a las chicas de recepción, muchísimas gracias por todo.
