Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 3.3 € per person and night.
Pet Policy

Option 2: Book your stay with Half Board at the Hotel Torre Azul & Spa 4*, plus round-trip ferry transport from Valencia or Barcelona to Palma de Majorca.
Important to know: On the day of arrival, hotel check-in will be available from 17:00h. Until then, you won’t have access to a room or hotel facilities, so please plan accordingly.

Please note: If you choose the option without ferry, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to Majorca.

About Ferry Travel
- Schedules may vary. While changes are rare, if any adjustments occur, we’ll inform you as soon as possible.
- Once you select your travel dates, the ferry schedules for those specific days will be displayed.
- For both departure and return, we recommend arriving at the port 2 hours before the ferry departs.
- Important: The outbound journey takes place overnight, so you’ll spend the night on board.
- During the booking process, you can add vehicle transportation for both outbound and return trips if needed.
- Meals are not included during the ferry journey.

Travelling in low season? During the rest of the dates, (i.e. until July 11 and from September 6 onwards) if you stay 5 nights or more, you will have one spa access per person per booking, great! Read on, we give you all the details:

You must book your access to the SPA directly at the reception of the accommodation, there you will also be informed of the available access times :)

- Travel Documents
Your final travel documents will be sent to you by email between 24 and 48 hours before departure. Please make sure to print them out.
Upon arrival at the ferry, you’ll need to present the printed travel documents along with the ID card or passport for each passenger.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, la habitación era acogedora, la cama cómoda y el baño muy funcional y con buen tamaño. En cuanto a los empleados, quedamos muy contentos con su atención y sobre la comida, buenísima toda. El hotel en general está muy bien.

The location of the hotel...in the middle of a neighborhood...no parking, the noise in the rooms...the first night we could not sleep at all...because of the noise from the other rooms, we were not in the spa...because it was paid...and not economic...IT DOES NOT HAVE A CATEGORY OF 4 *, and I would not give it a 3* either.
I would not recommend this hotel to rest....

Ha estado muy bien todo, muy servicial el personal.
The spa, the person at the reception, has arrived late two hours, they let us in and when he arrived he asked us to leave the spa to pay, we told him that when he finished we looked for the money to the room and pay him, he told us no. We told him think we will not pay him, and he said there is q pay now I looked for the money and wet I went out and looked for it. In the steam room there is no light, I pointed it out to him the next day we went back to the spa and he said it was that dark. We could not see anything and we hit a hand wash basin that is there.
El spa, la persona que está en la recepción, ha llegado tarde dos horas, nos han dejado entrar y cuando ha llegado nos pidió que salgamos del spa para pagar, le dijimos que cuando terminara buscábamos el dinero a la habitación y le pagamos, nos dijo que no. Le dijimos cree que no le pagaremos, y dijo hay q pagar ahora busqué el dinero y mojada salí y lo busqué. En el baño de vapor no hay luz, se lo indiqué al día siguiente que volvimos al spa y nos dijo que era así oscuro. No se veía nada y nos golpeamos con una pileta de lavar manos que hay ahí.
