Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 3 * Hotel is 0.66 € per person and night.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Pets are allowed in the hotel: from May 24 to September 13, 2025. Outside these dates the hotel does not accept pets.
- Maximum weight: No weight limit!
- Price: from 24/5/25 to 30/6/25 included: 13€/night and pet. From 01/07/25 to 31/8/25 included: 16€/night and pet and from 01/9/25 to 13/9/25 included: 13€/night and pet.
- Please let the accommodation know in advance that you will be travelling with a pet. A maximum of one pet can sleep in each room. Pets are only allowed in the room, except when the cleaning staff is doing their chores. Pets are not allowed in the main areas (reception, dining room, swimming pool, lounge, etc.), only to access the room or to leave the hotel, and must be leashed. The day of check-out you must leave the hotel at 10:00h because pets are not allowed in the main areas.
- The pet may not use the bathroom or the bathtub/shower to relieve itself; and it is not allowed to use hotel towels or sheets for grooming. The pet is not allowed to climb on the beds. In case of an accident with another animal or a person, the hotel will not be held responsible for legal purposes.

This hotel has changed a lot for the worse, we had been there several times, and it has lost a lot, very poor and repetitive food, on Sundays they don't clean the rooms (family reconciliation) which I find very correct, but I don't think it's the reason, the hotel definitely needs a renovation, no entertainment whatsoever, not even a sad stage, it's like it has nothing to do with the hotel I knew before.

La proximidad a la playa y a la calle principal de Calella.
El personal muy amable.
Our experience at the Bon Repos hotel this time was somewhat disappointing. Cleanliness was one of the main issues: the rooms and, especially, the bathroom were not very clean. On Sundays, there was no cleaning service unless urgent, so certain main areas appeared somewhat neglected.
As for the food, we were also very dissatisfied. There was a lack of quality, quantity, and, above all, variety. They repeated the same dishes from one day to the next. Additionally, the dishes were usually cold.
Nuestra experiencia en el hotel Bon Repos, en esta ocasión ,fue un tanto decepcionante. La limpieza fue uno de los principales problemas: las
habitaciones y, en especial , el baño no estaba muy limpio. El domingo no había servicio de limpieza, salvo urgencia, por lo que se veían ciertos espacios comunes un tanto descuidados.
En cuanto a la comida, también quedamos muy descontentos. Faltaba calidad, cantidad y, sobre todo, variedad. Repetían los mismos platos de un día para otro.Además, los platos solían estar fríos.

La piscina pequeña, muy correcta para los niños. Realmente las dos piscinas estan bastante bien.
La limpieza de la habitación correcta también.
Food: I think this is the worst hotel I have ever eaten at. And I know many in the area. There is no variety, no quality. I can save breakfast. The meals and dinners are shameful.
All drinks served in plastic cups. I can understand it at the pool, but in the dining room and the bar?
The cleanliness of the pool area leaves much to be desired, and so does that of the bathrooms.
Comida: Creo que es el hotel donde peor he comido nunca. Y conozco muchos en la zona. No hay variedad, no hay calidad. Puedo salvar el desayuno. Las comidas y cenas son vergonzosas.
Todas las bebidas servidas en vaso de plástico. Puedo entenderlo en la piscina, pero en el comedor y el el "bar"?
La limpieza de la zona de la piscina deja mucho que desear, y la de los lavabos también.

Hemos disfrutado d la piscina, de no hacer nada y... De Calella q es preciosa.
El personal del hotel es muy amable siempre.
Han reformado las zonas comunes del Hall, el bar está más moderno. Es un hotel antiguo pero... Acogedor
Este año me tengo q quejar de la comida, era muy poco variada. La plancha estaba cerrada y El buffet tenía muchas menos cosas q otros años. Es la primera vez q me pasa.
Y... No había animación. Yo voy casi todos los años y... Es la primera vez q no hay animación, estando ya en junio.
