The single occupancy surcharge is approximately 10%, already applied to the prices displayed during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

The hotel is clean and food is nice and always enough and fresh. Staff is very nice but the director is not.
Drinks are not included. The card of the room and parking is not working every day at least 2 times due to magnet issues. Parking is a walk up the hill from the hotel. Swimmingpool is fighting for a spot every day.

The food was good, but needs more varaity... missed the paella. The service was great, but some of the housekeepers were not so nice. Most of all we enjoyed pur stay.

The truth... the offer is very good in my opinion but for a 4-star hotel leaves much to be desired... at first glance, a very small room with beds that barely fit in the room... in short, sleeping all crowded together... I think the offers are good... but they should specify how you are going to sleep and under what conditions... I also think that when a hotel offers a deal, it shouldn't compromise the quality of service, among other things.
La verdad .. la oferta está muy bien para mi parecer pero de hotel 4 estrellas deja mucho que decir.. ..a primeras una habitación super reducida con unas camas que apenas entraban en la habitación .. en fin dormir todos amontonados ... Creo que las ofertas están bien .. pero debían puntualizar como vas a dormir y que condiciones ....también creo que el hotel al lazar una oferta no debería bajar la calidad de servicio por lo demás

The only fault we would point out is that children with floaties get into the jacuzzi in the pool. Children have their own areas that are not small. They have a pool, Water Slides, and Water Slides for younger children. And the space to put lounge chairs is limited if there are many people.

Fuimos en setiembre y no estaba lleno, nuestra experiencia es sin colas y bien servidos.
