Destination

  • Mallorca is one of our personal favourites as it’s an excellent holiday destination in Spain. If your idea of a great holiday is to spend your days snorkelling and trying different beaches, Majorca has a great variety. If you’re more into the nightlife, Magaluf beach resort is calling your name! And if you’re going on a quiet holiday with friends and family, there’s also plenty to keep everyone entertained.

8.7 Jessica Travelled with family August 2023 The hotel is located one hour from the airport if you go with your car. If you opt for the transfer that can also be hired it takes two hours. The hotel staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel in general is fine and the rooms too, especially those facing the pool and you can see the sea. The shuttle service to Cala Millor, every 15 minutes for free, is excellent.
It is very oriented to foreign tourists, at night in the shows they don't sing in Spanish, nothing. I hope they improve this.

To say the least, the children's entertainers only spoke English and my 3 year old little girl could hardly understand them.

8 María Del Carmen Travelled with family June 2023 On the whole it is good, the renovation is noticeable because some points are old, leaks, doors that close poorly, etc, but for a 3-star hotel it is very good.
The all-inclusive option had very little alcoholic drinks and all soft drinks were on tap, if you wanted to drink from a bottle you had to pay extra, even the wine was on tap. As for snacks, there were no snacks, there was cheese, ham and bread to make your own sandwich, fruit, ice cream, coffee and soft drinks on tap, no snacks, they do not understand what snacks mean!

10 Mariangeles Travelled with couple May 2023 The staff was spectacular, especially Maria at the reception, and the food tasted great, congratulations to the cooks.
If I see something wrong is that it is too prepared for tourism (foreigners) all the shows were in English and the worst thing was that there was no decaffeinated coffee at breakfast or in the 24 hours (only envelope).
